I contacted Neighborhood Locksmiths in Laurel MD. I was told over the phone that the cost would be $35.00 for the call out and an additional $19.99 for difficult locks. The techinician arrived one hour and five minutes late. After waiting at my front door for the hour. He looked at the door and told me it was going to cost $196.00.
