I bought Magic Jack on a Thursday night and we were unhooking it and trying to reboot it by Friday night. Tried it for a few more days. Today is Sunday and it still won't complete calls, cuts off numbers, and puts people on hold for no reason. This thing has a mind of its own. Taking it back to Radio Shack as soon as they open. This is ridiculous. I guess if it sounds too good to be true it really is. This product is not recommended to anyone as most of the time the calls do not go through. My mom tried to call me for 2 hours Saturday night and she said the number was busy the entire time when no one here was on the phone. read full review »
