Wish I had read the other complaints! I ordered our Christmas bouquet, it arrived today (12/24) flimsy and flowers coming off the stems. The letter I got back after I complained offered me a replacement bouquet... what? Are they going to make time stand still so I'll have a nice centerpiece for Christmas?!?
