My son bought me a laptop stand for Christmas 2010. I actually needed a cooling stand for my laptop. I took the stand back to the Greenbriar Store for an "Even Exchange". I did not have the receipt because it was a gift!!! The clerk refused to exchange the clearly unopened gift for the equally priced stand. WTF?!?!?! His explanation was that it could have been stolen?!?!?! I hope and pray that my son still has the receipt so that I can bring it back for a full refund!
