I thought I was looking up a number for 95 cents instead they charged me $19.95 for a membership and another $19.95 for identity protection. I did not authorize any of this and they will not refund my money. When I called to to deny purchasing, Intelius would not refund my money and then got very defensive when I asked them if this was a scam. Now I am out forty dollars for looking up one phone number. Visa would help me either. This company is a scam. BEWARE I am going to report them to my state's attorney general's office. That probably won't work either. read full review »
