With Valentines Day right around the corner, I saw a TV add for Pro Flowers and the so called LOW price for red roses for my wife. After making the order and seeing the invoice for the transaction, what turned out to a $29.99 order turned out to be $60.94 by the time they added the shipping charges, Monday delivery charges, and fuel surcharge, and tax on top of that.
