On Saturday Feb 14th I went online and ordered a rain harvest barrel for my garden and container plants. Ace Jokeware said from the email and other information that I would get my item in 10-14 days. Also I could check the package progress from My Account on their website. Well days went by and the status had not changed on the website. So I called the number provided.
