This past Friday, 3/13/09, I spoke via chat mail with a tech from Magic Jack, with questions prior to my purchase of the Magic Jack, mainly to know if it was compatible with my computer. I was assured that it was, then I ordered it, on Saturday 3/14/09 (next day) they took the money out of my account. Yesterday 3/15/09 I received it and today Tuesday 3/16/09 I tried it and it doesn't work. They would not give me a phone number to speak with a live person and said for me to send it back.
