If you have insurance with Fred Loya then you signed an 'AUTHORIZATION FOR VEHICLE COVERAGE". Its in the application package that you are sent to fill out when you open your policy. 1992 Buick park ave 3800 SC. Had Andover Auto Care test and replace a Ignition Control module. After the repair the altnator went out. Andover auto told me to buy one they would put one in from me. I got home and had a friend look at it and it was improperly installed. This was on 6/21/2010 Second problem was that the cars stalled randomly since. I took the Car to main motors Anoka on 3/14/2011 to get a diag done amd they found that the IGN wires were not seated and need to be re connected to solve the problem they are spring locked so they don't just come loose also I only put 2, 800 miles on the car and have not been driving it so it sat. read full review »

I was fired from Sawicki Motors in Rochelle illinois. I was told they wanted to go another direction. I asked what I had been doing wrong and they could not answer that question. Two weeks prior to discharge I had a meeting with my boss to ask if there was anything I was doing wrong or where I could improve. On Monday, November 2, 2009 Sears Service Center would not remove and rotate tires, with lifetime rotation option, purchased from store because mechanic broke a stud removing the nut. Furthermore, he claims the nuts were put on incorrectly and could not be responsible. Other claim was that some of the studs were not factory studs, and that the tork was different for some than others that could have caused some of the problem. Bought a coupon book for $40 from a door to door salesman coupon book had $400 of coupons 5 free oil changes plus lots of other stuff included. Made an appointment for 9am for a simple oil change got out of there at almost 11:00AM. Very hard selling tactics. You need this and this and this many hundreds of $ of repairs. 2010 Nitro bought April 2010. Called dealer to schedule a defect and was told to bring the car to the dealer. The sun roof visor constantly rattles and the clock looses approx. 5 minutes per month. The serv ice department stated all Nitros sun roof visors rattle and that i would have to "live with it". Parked my car at client parking lot and they towed my car because it was left after hours. Contacted client and they did NOT call Buckwild to tow car. They towed it early in the morning so I was stranded in Suffern overnight and had to get a hotel because it was the middle of winter and I was in the middle of nowhere. They hiked my bill daily, never was the repair price quoted. They broke things, put on a serpentine belt that didn't go to a ford or SUV, they bent parts, put hood back on crooked chipping paint, damaged a pulley & to top it all off after $3200.00+, the service manager was rude & hung up on me when I questioned dup part charges. Fishertrans, (AAMCO) ruined my automatic transmission and refused to honor warrantees. I was refused service on my fourth attempt to have them fix problems resulting from their initial work on my transmission. The owner said: "there was nothing else they could do" and referred me to a local Jaguar dealership. Our drivers are consistantly calling to our attention that when they fill up at a reasonable price they find between 10 to 15 cents highter when paying by credit card. I purchase a protetion plan from AA Auto Protection in October 2009 on my 2002 Jaguar for $2, 500.00 and the sale person went over what all the things that were covered. I put my car in the shop for some repair on 1/24/2011, the repaair bill was for over $4, 000 and AA say only $900.00 was covered so I had to pay $4, 000.00 out of my pocket. I ordered a front bumper for my 2000 Grand Am GT on 1/15/11. The picture in the mail was a GT model, they sent me the SE model. So I sent it back on 2/5/11, yes thats how slow they were to ship it out to me. They told me once they recieved the bumper they would send out the 'correct' bumper. I was horrified to find I received a bill for $76 yesterday for $1 of tolls assessed to my car during the one day I was driving a Dollar rental car during my recent trip to Florida. I made every attempt to pay tolls in cash during my recent trip.
