My car was dented underneath when the panelbeaters that fixed my car took it to supa quick. Secondly they did my wheel aligment which was not needed. They did not even do a proper job, as my car's allignment is still out. Thirdly they fixed the wrong rim!! When I took my car back they were very unfriendly and unproffesional. My 1999 Mercedes was towed by Shamrock Towing, Inc. on 1/13/2011 from a parking lot at Columbus State College. Immediately after picking up the car, my son noticed the loss of pressure in his brakes. I have a 2003 Saturn Vue with less than 79, 000 on it. We bought the Saturn new in November 2002. We have never had a re-call on the transmission. Low and behold on New Years Eve around 6PM, we lost power and could only go 10 mph. We did make it home then the following Monday had it towed to our local repair garage. I Took my Car in for a service. Cartime checked the brakes and put back the wheels. 140 km further the left front wheel came off. Three of the nuts was found on the place where the whole wheel came off! The other three wheels's nuts was so tight. It was clear that the front wheel nuts was tightened properly. I went to Planet Wheels after seeing an advert of a vehicle that I was interested in with reasonable low odometer reading, on the internet. I traded my current vehicle in on their vehicle. These guys are the worst, even before the events of today, I've been burned by these guys. Not too long ago I was locked out of my car, with no cash, cell phone in car, and just my AAA card. These guys show up, unlock my car, tell me the price, and I hand the AAA card. Guy replies the cost is $90 for his 30 seconds of work and they don't honor AAA. I took my car to Jones Hyundai service deprtment to inspect my Hyundai for a steering problems. He informed me that I had a steering hose leakage. I was charged by the company, Davies Ford "quicklane" car repair servicew for an estimate to make repairs to the engine, which took one and a halfhours for an engine mount, and a water pump. the total estimated bill is $100.12. The total of the estimate to make the repairs will be $950.00 at a rate of $84.95 @hour.
