i have a 2002 tunda which i purchased new. after my check engine light came on, the garage told me that i had a leak in the fuel tank system, probably a gasket or hose. after the tank was removed, it was found to be the gas tank was rusted to the point that it was non -repairable. i was told the truck was not safe to drive anymore. there was a recall regarding tank support straps rusting but toyota would not cover the cost of tank replacement, which was quoted at $1200. toyotas may run good, but they are rust buckets which do not hold up well. read full review »

Purchased a car that I was told had no defects and as to their knowledge was in great condition. Their ad stated all of their cars were inspected and in good shape. Purchased As-Is believing they had inspected the car for flaws and as it turns out the car has a bad transmission, bad A/C, bad ball joints, and more. I used a botttle of SMB 's fuel injector and carb cleaner. Within one hour my 2000 chevy blazer, with the 4.3 liter 6 cylinder, suffered catastrophic faliure of my injection system, $1500.00 damage. The Goodyear Tracker 2 Tires are not safe. I bought four tires 2 years ago at a local walmart and put 15k miles on them (1 year time). Took the vehicle in for a random tire rotation and found out that they had to be replaced due to large cracks in the sidewalls. After only 6 months of owning a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, the soft top developed two small holes caused by a design flaw. Chrysler refuses to replace the soft top and fix the design flaw. Even after multiple inquiries with Suburban Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge of Troy, MI, they continue to refuse to fix the problem. This isn't something a car buyer should experience.
