I am filing this complaint on behalf of my daughter who is the owner of the car. BMW 530i 2001 The vehicle was parked in my driveway, went to back it out of the driveway but it would not engage. The engine starts everything is ok but the vehicle refuses to reverse. No problem with reverse before. I have been coming to this place for years. I recently had a routine oil change and then they damaged my car. I won't get into any details but let's just say there is now thousands of $$$ (5, 600) in repairs needed to my car as a result of their negligence. Furthermore, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They MAY have decent customer service skills (or so they claim); but their technicians are 2nd rate at best. I purchased a 2002 Explorer Sport Trac from Autowise in May of 2010 (Policy/Contract No. AEFL200158), along with a 5 year, 100, 000 warranty. I was involved in an accident and the truck was totaled in August of 2010. I immediately reported to the warranty company that the truck was totalled and that therefore I would need a refund. They sent me a letter stating that they would service my Saturn L200 vehicle, but when I brought it there they said they couldn't fix my problem and that I would have to go to an authorized GM dealer. Why did they say they could repair Saturn when they are NOT authorized by GM??? The rotten people also charged me over $80.00 just to tell me that too!!! Sick and tired of being taken for a ride. This is what CALIFORNIA CLEAN FUELS does when you use thier station. You use the pump for natural gas then if your purchase is for $14.00 max like it is for my car they put a pending transaction on your credit card for 70+ dollars till they get thier money. So if you use thier pump for 3 days in a row thats 42 dollars for me in purchases I made for a total of 210.00 dollars pending on my credit card for 3 days till the transation clears.
