At 11:00 am I entered Platinum Auto Center in Morton Grove, IL to have my car wash for $10.99. At 11:15 my car was done. The interior and Exterior of the car was dirty. I asked to speak with the manager. Manager name was Ed who explain i had to add extra $5 if i wanted my interior done. I asked if vaccuming was included in $10.99 he said yes. From my experience, I have to Question the name and claim of european master tech. He has one Mechanic, one part time car wash oil change guy and 12 bays but one are being used for any automotive repairs! I observed as I was hired there. I do my own disc brake jobs and have done 20-30 over the years. My van needed new front brakes. When compessing the disc drum so the new fatter pads would fit, the drum shifted off center and some brake fuid leaked out. When this happens, air gets in the line and makes an air line bleed mandatory. I didn't have time, so I finished the brake job and called Belle who said they could do it for $35. I bought a corsa from arnold clark in dundee in 2004 . It was recalled twice in the first 2 years for engine problems. Since that everything has gone wrong with the car. My son was hit head on at 50 mph by a Safe Auto Insurance Co. customer. My son was not at all found to be at fault. The Safe Auto customer failed to maintain his lane, and hit my son head on. I brought my 2009 Venza in for electrical issues. They had the car twice and could not fix. Then when I complained a third time, all records of the complaints disappeared and they refused to service the car any further. It turns out it was a wire shorting out to the roof which now has been fixed. I was amazed as to how they wiped the record clean of any problems.
