We took our 93 Lumina in to the garage because our rear driver side wheel seemed to be dragging a bit at times. I brought my 2008 car into the service department for an emissions related smog test failure. Since my fairly new I told the service writer that it should be under warrenty. He agreed. Later that day I received a call expecting to have the problem repaired for free. Instead I was told that there was nothing wrong and I owed $97 for a diagnostic fee. I was not told that this fee had to be paid on a car under warrenty. The general manager and service department have not been helpful in listening to my complaint and can care less about me as a customer. I purchased a vehicle from them July 11, 2008; 28 days later the engine blew, leaving me stranded on the side of the highway. I had to have vehicle towed, Wing Auto later towed it to their location where it still sits. The company does not have a problem taking your vehicle information over the phone, however I can tell you that this company will take you through serious changes to cancel and stop payments. I have had nationwide insurance for about 5 years now. Upon renewal this year they added on my two grown children who do not live with me or drive my car.
