Let me shorten this version of my story. I'm in GA ... Purchased an hid kit as a BDAY GIFT to my bf, tried to install it SEVERAL times didn't work. Sent it back to them charging me $10 (telling me they would still refund me the $10 regardless) and now they're saying they wont refund it since they didn't find my hid kit defected. Right now the package is in the process of shipping back to me and i'm going to try again - if it still doesn't work, i will report them to the BBB. I mean come on, why would it work when... read full review »

I was getting my car fixed yesterday and needed a rental car when I picked up the car from enterprise with my husband the girl was real busy and rushed us while checking the car and told us nothing under a certain size mattered so as I got in the car noticed a chip in window that was size of pebble but she had said nothing that small matters. Returned car today now she is trying to charge me for the window. Now it was not just me my husband also had seen the chip and what she had said about size he also took it as anything that size... read full review »

Nissan Quest
Bharat C. Shah September 22, 2010
From the day of purchase of my Nissan 2004 Quest, the Tire Pressure Monitor guage has not been working right. One of those monitors I had replaced and paid for to the Dealer's Service Department, with no success. The tires seem to leak the air and loose the air pressure, that gets registered on the dash board constantly, despite of maintaining the proper tire pressure as recommended by the manufacturer!!! read full review »

I bought a vehicle from this place a little over a year ago. The only reason why I'm submitting a complaint now is because some new information about my vehicle has very recently been brought to my attention. When I first bought it, it needed a part. The sales person was great, at first. It was taken into the shop right away. After about two weeks of not having a vehicle, I called the shop to check on the status and to see how things were going. The sales person called me after and totally ripped me a new one! He threatened to not sell me... read full review »

Capitol Toyota
Junior September 22, 2010
I recently had one of the worst experiences ever with dealership service. Capitol Toyota of San Jose must be going through tough times, because they gouged me on a repair that I will never forget, and hopefully neither will you. I have a Sienna van, which we use for carpool..up to six little kids at a time. Several months back, the automatic door stopped working. Big safety issue --- with automatic doors, when they break, they are too heavy for little kids to open. What did the dealer charge me to get it working again? Approx $2, 000... read full review »

IF I WERE BOOMERANG MARKETING I WOULD FIRE BILL LINDSEY IMMEDIATELY. A LAWYER CALLED ME TODAY AND WANTS MY TESTIMONY AGAINST WILLIAM LINDSEY FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THIS GUY. William Lindsey pretends to be the inventor of a great product called Lumabrite. He is not. William Lindsey says all kinds of lies to get you to buy his product/dealership at 6k a piece. William Lindsey says he owns the entire U.S. for lumabrite distribution. He does not. William Lindsey is a liar. Do not do business with him. DharmaSoul September 21, 2010
Every time I wash my 2010 Kia Soul, more little chip spots appear. By the time I have the car paid for, it will be red and white, not red and black. When I complained to the dealer the first time (after they washed it), they gave me a paint pen. I have so many spots now, I would need a whole can of paint. I was curious to find out if others have the same problem. I find now that many do. How many people does it take for them to have to repaint all our cars, I wonder? read full review »

Nissan of America - Nissan Murano 2009
Yelena Zabava September 21, 2010
I have owned Nissan Murano of 2009 since October of 2009. I bought this brand new car, and did not have any significant problems during first nine months, except some difficulties starting the vehicle. Sometimes it did not get started from the first attempt, and I needed to keep pushing the start button over and over. On 07/28/10 it was my daily route from home to my job. Arriving to my Company parking lot, I intended to park my car to the last spot on the left side of the aisle. Making the left turn to the parking spot, I put my foot on the... read full review »

Jeep Wragler
David September 21, 2010
We have 2005 Jeep Wrangler with 22K miles on it and the tail lights were not working so we took it to Uftring Automall to get it checked out. They said the wiring harness had a problem and they installed a "jumper wire" to get the tail lights to work. Cost was $140 ... much less than a new wiring harness. We called Jeep Assistance even though we were past the 36 month warranty but with low mileage we thought they would assist with this issue. Their response was on out of warranty help they usually ask the customer to pay the deductible... read full review »

Schaumburg Automedics Inc.
Ian September 21, 2010
Schaumburg Automedics Inc. owned by John Jobst at 503 Lunt Ave. in Schaumburg, IL ripped me off of $1, 086.29 for fraudulent repairs done on my car. Found out the original damaged parts from my 2005 Mercury Montego purchased brand new in 2005 was still on my car. However, he stated he put new service parts on my car which was a lie and can be proven by the casting and part's prefix numbers on the original parts which service parts do not have the part numbers cast on the parts and the prefix number's last digit has a letter on it which is different for service parts and the original parts. read full review »

GWM
Mabler September 21, 2010
I recently bought a car from GWM Springs and it broke down within the first month. I phoned GWM to bring the problem to their attention and they basicly told me it's not their problem. Before I purchased the car, they told me they had serviced the car and they showed me the full service history etc. I don't understand how a car can be serviced and then breakdown within the first month and then the dealer refuses to take any responsibility for the car. I just wanted to warn the general public about this dealership and their mentality regarding after sales. Don't buy a car from GWM. read full review »

Ford/Escape Hybrid
moenet September 20, 2010
The origianl and extended Bumper to bumper warranty doesn't cover damage to interior surfaces even if the damage is due the underlying metal (covered under warranty). The leather cover on the Drive/Park shifter thing is getting pinched by the metal underneath creating a hole in the leather. Cost to fix $150 - $200. Will have to wait until I'm re-employed to get it fixed. The service dept said they called and explained the cause, to the warranty people. Answer = still NO 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid read full review »

This evening I stopped off at a neighborhood CITGO to fill up my tank. While washing the windows, there was no automatic stop on the flow of gas when the tank filled. About $3 worth of gas spilled onto the concrete before I could shut off the flow. When I informed the attendant, he told me I must have put the nozzle in incorrectly. Period. No discussion. No apology. It was my fault. I said you could at least put a sign up for the next unsuspecting customer. He would think about it. I bought a car about 2 months ago from Heritage Mitsubishi. It was used. The salesman were unusually pleasant to deal with. The whole experience was almost enjoyable. They worked with us to get the payments we wanted. There were a few issues with the car that they promised to fix (broken cd player, cracked spoiler) and the car only came with one key. We were told it had a 100, 000 mile warranty. Fast forward a month and I put the key in the ignition, and the remote breaks off of the key. Northeastern Auto LLC lead me to believed that I was purchasing a 4x4 with a Dodge Dakota truck, when in fact it was a 4X2. A few minutes after making a deposit of $500 Dollars, my insurance agent from State Farm, called me to tell me that the truck was a 4X2. I called right away and cancelled the buy. Later i will find out that the deposit is not refundable. Their saleman, Rich, told me that instead of the Ford Ranger, I should consider the Dakota (newer, lesss miles). The owner refused the deposit as it was non refundable...(even if i was trick into buying it). Word of advice: stay away from those two characters. read full review »

Nashville Autotune

I hired Mr. Natt Hall (owner of Nashville Autotune) to fix the transmission on my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mr. Hall had my car in his possession for approximately 1 month, charged me over $600 and my car ran (not properly, but ran) for three days. On the 4th day, while driving down the interstate, my car started slipping out of gear (at 70mph) and jerking. You could literally hear parts of the car falling apart while driving. Once stopped, the car was turned off and the transmission was so locked up that car was not drivable and had to be... read full review »

I bought a new 08 Ultra Classic in 25 months I have gone thru 5 sets of head sets. After the 2 year factory warrenty is over they want a $50.00 copayment. Any money I use for headsets will not go to H.D. These cheep ($189.00) headsets are crap. H.D. is trying real hard to get me out of there store. A 22, 000.00 + motorcycle that is too hot to ride in town. Cheap headsets that are made to break. After the 2 year factory warrenty is over, the dealer wants me to buy a new M.C. or go away .Its all about all about getting my money. I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe 2003 in 2008 with 30, 000 miles on it. I am faithful to routine maintenace on it, but also because of my warrenty coverage. In August, while driving my car on a busy roadway, it just quit. I had it towed to a mechanic, he checked it out and said my timing belt went, at 63, 000 miles on it. He went to change the timing belt, which I might add was not under warranty, and noticed the water pump was in tough shape, so I told him to replace that, of course the warranty company wanted copies of all the maintenance... read full review »
