Went in for my 1sy experience for a routine oil change. We brought out 2001 Saturn in for ONLY an oil change. while sitting in the waiting room, we were told that we need a new air filter, and agreed. This company apparently continued to provide coverage on our car for 7 months after we called and cancelled them. The car has not even been registered as drivable since we dropped the insurance and now they are trying to get me to pay for all this back insurance. Who even does that? My car had been parked there about four weeks because my ignition had locked up on me and I was unable to drive it. We went there based on a quote with an appointment (Dec 21 2009). The internet manager Clennon Preyar didn't even recognize his own quote or for that matter me, the customer. After some hassle we testdrove the cvehicle and the vehicle didnot have the features as quoted. Credit card holders beware!! The gas attendant made fraudulent charges to my credit card account without my knowledge. If you buy gas with credit card, watch your credit card carefully. I was at the Shell Gas Station on 14512 West Road, Houston, TX, 77095... It is the one on West and Jackrabbit Road. I normally go to this gas station because its the closest to my apartment. This company is definetly a scam. We paid them over $1200.00 for them to rebuild our engine in March 2009, in October 2009 the "rebuilt" engine went out. We tried contacting them since we have a 5 year warranty. And the phone number was disconnected. Through research we found they changed their name from Best Engine Exchange in Mesa to Engines RX in Phoenix. A woman named Glynis is a driving instructer at the driving academy. She kept on taking money from my grandad and didnt even bother showing up to my driving test. I had no less then about 16/17 lessons with her, i could already drive a car before i went to learn with her. She didnt help me with my theory i did that on my own and passed. she kept on saying i wasnt ready for my practical when i was. I have a 2000 Toyota Sienna that is in great shape and that is being kept in great shape with service records at the local dealership. The Emission test was required at the time of plate renewal. I took it to the Pennziol (Penzoil) 10 Minute oil change for an Emission test. The car used to score 14 or 16 on the Nox criterion. To my surprise it failed for over 1000 on the Nox reading. I bought a tractor last august, a farmall 806. I was told it was a good tractor and that it was well maintained. I was charged the highest end value and agreed. We bought a Rogue in February 2008. Being our first new vehicle, we were extremely Disapointed with the quality of this product. A few month after having the car the fuel sending unit was defected, nissan fixed it and 1 month later i ran out of gas with the gauge telling me it was 1/4 tank left.( The main issue is that i ran out of gas in a snow storm and call recovery line and they said it would be a few hours or a day before they can get to me). I have a 2006 Hyundai Elantra GLS sedan. I am very disappointed with it cosmetically. Within the first year the armrest cover came off because too little fabric was used to secure it. Now, the fabric on both rear door liners has come off due to the same reason. The dealer assessed that the doors had been abused. My opinion is that my small child could not have pulled the fabric had it not already come lose from the door, which it had on both sides.
