Just wondering why this dealership is allowed to charge such extraordinary prices for services. We have had to take our four year old car in for numerous services only to have to drive it away due to such high service charges. Examples: $225 for a battery replacement; $450 for rear disk brake pads only; and $328 to replace an ignition key. Also, the car is only four years old and on its 3rd battery. The fan belt fell off when the car was only 2 years old. Luckily the car was under warranty at that time. This is becoming extremely frustrating... read full review »

Normal GM hours charge posted in bulletine 05068 in september 2005 states labour charges of .8 + .1 hour to service this recall. When the same work was performed at the about dealer ship was charged 2.5 hour at rate of 109/ hour. Called the dealership service manager and he said they are allowed to charge whatever they feel time. Did not offer any refund. This the reason i posted this. This company contacted me after seeing my car listed on craigslist. I felt uneasy with them at first but "Mark" gauranteed he could sell my car for $1500 more and that it would be done quickly. I ended up listing 2 vehicles with them. After this great sales pitch of how well they would list it and take care of all the details, I ended up DOING ALL THE WORK MYSELF! Bay Ridge Nissan (Brooklyn, NY) advertised a 2008 Nissan Murano on Auto Trader for a very reasonable price, I called the dealership to verify the car was still available and they said it was, they made an appointment that morning for me to come see the car. My name is Anita Reino and I purchased a Suzuki Forenza in May 2008. I have since had drivers seat replaced carpeting replaced 3 times, door handles replaced and molding replaced. Oh also the rear suspension was replaced after only having the car for 6 months. Now I have the car in for service at Fitzgerald Suzuki because I have to drive an hour now to service my car. We beleive that Brit Vans and All New Vans are one and the same person/people, we have sent deposit payment for a commercial vehicle, no sighn of the vehicle or deposit, we have costantly tried to contact them even by recorded letters but they have not replied, we have no option now but to the courts to try and recover the money. Popular Ford Over charged me on a 2007 Ford Edge with out my authority. I gave in a 10, 000$ and they never put in towards the payments. At the time when i bought the Edge it was priced at 33, 000$ when i left the Dealership and came back to refinance the total amount for the car was 58, 000$. Being a frequent easyJet customer, I was used to rent my car from Europcar, their preferred partner. My destination is mostly Malaga, Spain. Recently I was abused by Europcar, since they charged me for a damage that was already present on the car. It was minor damage on the front spoiler, several small indents any car would encounter during its life, due to some projection particle on the road. On the 2oth of Nov I attempted to make a payment on my car loan so it would not be late. I usually do this through my own credit union. For some reason Chase system gave me an error and could not complete the transaction. So I went to a Chase branch on the 21st and paid the car payment. It was posted to my account that day and withdrawn on the following Monday. Manger of Air Supply worked on my 1996 ford Truck. he said that he could repair the reason the Engine Warning light was coming on. I paid him nearly $2, 000 for mass air flow, O2 sensors, fuel tank and injector flush. he reset the engine computer so that when I picked up the truck that he engine light would not be on. Several months went along and every month my husband called and made the payment by phone and made several changes to the policy. In the month of October 09, my husbands car was stolen. A work colleague of mine had the misfortune of using Denver Metro Taxi for a three mile cab trip. The tab for the trip was about $10. The driver added an additional $100 to the fare. Upon calling the company -- Michael Hart, the manager of street operations (whatever that is) was abusive and threatening. The company did NOTHING to rectify the problem. Fortunately, the bank was very cooperative and very aware of this common scam by Metro Taxi of Denver. If you use Denver Metro Taxi, make certain you DO NOT use a credit or debit card. I have only one complaint about KMED delivery and it wasn't the companies fault. They employed a driver named Ronald Nelson, he was the most foul mouthed individual I had ever met, he also had no business sense, or any type of people skills. He was very rude, never on time and always blamed any mistakes he might have made on other employees or the company in which he worked, or the company for which his employer worked. I asked him about a part mix up one day he told me they warehouse never gets anything right and never helped him do anything, Excuses is all this man ever had instaed of just admitting he made the mistake. read full review »

They claim to get you a dealer license and to do everything on your behalf, even meet with the state and you'll get your license in two weeks. After doing some due diligence, Delaware law states that you must be a resident of the state for 90 days before you apply and must hold a valid Delaware drivers license. I bought a $50, 000 BMW from this dealer. Adam was the salesman. I was promised an extra fob and an owners manual (which he stated was misplaced) and he never delivered these items. The 2 items are approx. $500.00. in value. Adam also agreed when we purchased the car to fix a small paint chip on the front of the car. I bought a Zen Estilo Vxi car with OEM fitted JK tyre, - vehicle and tyre made in Aug 2007. Till date the vehicle has done 26, 000 kms. The tyre wear is normal and the car and tyre are under warranty. The tyres are of very poor build quality ass the tyres are bulged, giving a bumpy ride. Tyre repair shops tell the tyre is of poor quality and has manufacturing defect. JKi customer service is non existant and is very surprising the tyre to develop such defects within 2 yrs /26k km. I recently bought a used SUV from Drivers Select in Dallas Texas and when I was trying to negotiate a deal with them, I was told that the reason the vehicle was over priced by $3000 was because they had just put new tires and new brakes on the vehicle and they had to make up their investment on the car through me the buyer. I had my car towed to Alternative Automotive. I wanted the car to be put in running condition. About two weeks later the mechanic called and said the car was ready. I paid $426.04 and drove the car away. It soon failed and I had it towed back to the mechanic. A week or two later he called and said the car was ready. To my suprise he charged me another $314.20. I ordered a helmet and seat bag in September. I have never received the items to date nor have I ever received any contact or expanation from the complany about these items. I received an order ID and confirmation they had received their funds but nothing else. I cannot find any way to contact them by telephone and no email has been answered. This is the most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. Surely, there must be some sort of punative action that can be taken for such blatent and arrogant people.
