Returning to airport car rentals from the North (M90), I could not find a filling station to top off my rental car. During the rental, it cost me GBP57 to fill the tank from empty. I returned it half ull and Avis charged me GBP80 for fuel surcharge for half a tank. This is daylight robbery and needs to be stopped. BUYERS BEWARE! I leased a 2011 Honda odyssey in April of this year. Brand new. My 2011 Ford Fudion obtained a STRESS FRACTURE in it while the car was sitting still in a parking lot all day. I came in from work and saw the fracture and called Paramus ford ASAP. The service manager Anthony looked at it and agreed that it was in fact a stress fracture. He assured that the dealership and Ford would replace it under WARRANTY. Purchased a new lawn mower tire . It took on a nail. I took it to dollar tire to be repaired. The kid (new) put so much air in the tire that ir bllew it off the rim scaring co-workers who were voiced profanities followed by what the **** are you doing? I witnessed this first hand. My Durango has 53, 000 miles on it. The headlights quit working along with interior lights and the door locks. The Dodge forums are full of similar complaints. Why has no one been able to force a recall for a shoddy product? They have a partial recall for one headlight not working but they are ignoring hundreds of people with a manufacturing failure. I bought a brand new 2004 Cavalier with only 200 miles. It was in the shop for the first time within one week at 500 miles for a front end alignment. That should have taught me then. We are the original owners of a 2000 Buick Regal LS. Within an eight month period, we’ve had to replace all four window regulators. Total expense for parts and labor was $1, 558.76. OUCH!!!
