I bought a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and had numerous problems with them. First they put an improper color for the custom leather interior we had them do. They refused to pay to put the correct color in and it still looks bad. Then we had a problem with their alarm system not working properly (constant falses). My daughter and I went to the shop to get a routine transmission fluid change and that is exactly what I wanted. He asked me if I wanted my transmission flushed. Merchant performed services which were not authorized. All the services performed were incorrectly or poorly performed. None of them actually fixed anything that was requested. Merchant incorrectly diagnosed the transmission and electrical problems. These were subsequently fixed correctly elsewhere. On Aug 18th at 11:45 arrived at Tires Pluse requested for tire to be patched we agreed to the excessive charge of $25.00. Do not do business with these scumbags. They sold me what was supposed to be a completely rebuilt engine. Come to find out nothing was rebuilt. The engine would not inject oil and I found out that it was the two nylon gear that drives the oil pump was never replaced and never worked the day I bought it. They refused to do anything about it. America Service Insurance located in Elk Grove Illinois is one of the worst places I ever dealth with. Their sales offices Argus is another. They do not keep their word, change their stories every five minutes and so on. My car has been damaged by hale and almost two months later it is not fixed yet. Took my car in for diagnostics due to a 'clicking' noise when starting my car. Just had my alternator replaced and battery was about four months old. I am formally complaining because this man refused to back up his work. He was given $470 for a brake job on my vehicle. We took our 93 Lumina in to the garage because our rear driver side wheel seemed to be dragging a bit at times. We went to Universal Car Care because it was close, not because we had been there before. We just didn't feel that the car should be driven across town due to brake problems.
