I bought a 2009 Corolla from them. When i bought the car it came without the remote key. All i had was just the copy. I paid them $600 for them to make me the remote key but nothing happened. NO OIL ON DIP STICK AFTER OIL CHANGE. Read on... I took my Cadillac DTS 2006 for a “quick” oil change which eventually ended up taking over 3 hours. I have purchased YAMAHA Fazer 5-6 months back from J Williams & Co pune showroom but it is constantly giving me problems while starting bike. Neither it is acting for self start or kick start. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander, brand new, in 2007. The vehicle, which has less than 75K miles on it, has been in the transmission shop for the past week getting the transmission rebuilt and a new torque converter. I had ALWAYS wanted a Jeep and was excited when I finally got one. When you think of Jeep vehicles, you think of tough, rugged vehicles. Not piece of junk vehicles that need major repairs at 75K miles. The transmission isn't the only problem I have had with the vehicle, but it's by far the mostly costly. I bought an HHR 5 months ago and the panel behind the rear doors is made of plastic and looks like someone took a sandblaster to it. I contacted my local dealership and was told the only way to fix it would be to replace the pieces and put in sideboards. I own a Mercury Grand Marquis. CNN ran an article about rear end collisions (over 60mph) resulting in fires and ultimately deaths by fire. Ordered snow tires from Pepe to be installed. I drop the car off two weeks later at 7:30 in the morning. Five hours later I get a call and they tell me they cannot find the tires. I had a oil change and tire rotation service done on July 2 2010. The mechanic forgot to tighten all the lug nuts up on every tire on my truck. I live over 65 miles away from this dealership and we had worked a deal on my first visit to the dealership for either a 2 door colbat or an HHR. I purchased my Venture van for one reason, and that was to make things easier on my ill mother. Within one month of purchase I had to take the van in for repairs twice. They never have fixed all of the things wrong with it. A fan has been replaced, but the noise that caused the complaint is still there. Brakes had to be replaced on one the back right passenger side.
