I had an oil changed performed on my truck at the Mitsubishi dealer. couple of weeks later i checked my air filter and the cone was smashed so i went back to them to show them what had happened. They told me it was not there problem and that they didn't do it and that they were not responsible. We bought a car from Cox Mazda and the paint is falling off and this car was certified pre-owned and someone else painted the car before Coxmazda bought it and Mazda is stating it is non of there concern, we even bought the bumper to bumper warranty and that still does not help us. I took my vehicle to Smith Transmision. The tranny was leaking oil but otherwise operating properly. However with high mileage I knew it may turn out be be a rebuild job. After leasing a Dodge Ram truck for 5 years and making all required payments, I contacted US Leasing to return my truck. They had a vehicle inspection person come look at my truck and are now trying to collect $500 in excessive damage fees and a $390 fee for end of lease turn in. We live in the United States. We had an accident with an Avis rental on March 31, 2009, in Scotland. We had to pay over $900 US which we were told would be reimbursed. We have been advised that the other party had admitted fault on May 29, 2009 and their insurance company has been invoiced. My car was returned to me soaking wet on the driver side front and back carpets soaking down to the floorboard, door speaker wet, leather seat heating coil may be damaged.Car purchased may 28 2007 damaged by dealership that will not take responsibility for damages of very wet car inside .
