I've purchased a Nissan car from Falore Nissan. The finance manager has tried to lug to buy so many kinds of agreement that they may have for the car, like the cosmetic pair, which he is successful in making me fall for it. I thought that warranty will cover any cosmetic pair for the car, but the way he explained it to me, at the end I've realized it is just to cover one time sealing of the car against oxidation. Aside from the lack of respect received from the sales manager Dave Taylor at the Infiniti location, be wary of George Harte Auto Group's business practices in general. I did meet some nice and competent sales folks there, but I would still be cautious. I would be cautious because of the following: A Nissan sales rep there told me while laughing that they sold tons of cars at as much as $2, 000 over MSRP during cash for clunkers. We bought a car based on nothing but lies and now we are stuck with a super high car note and upside down in it. We were told in Ft.Worth at a Suzuki dealer we only qualified for a New Car- 07 then, which was completely lies- Drive Financial which is now Santander for us, refuse to refinance and all they do is constantly harrass even if you loose your job- i really want to give them this car back and by someone else- with much cheaper rate and payments. I purchased a used car from this dealership. When I picked up the car it had not been cleaned at all. The gas tank was empty and I barely made it to the gas station. They messed up and dragged their feet making the final purchase paperwork a hassle. read full review »

Purchase NEW vehicle July 23, 2009. Paint chip on door and "shadow" on driver side rear quarter panel. Service says they cannot do anything about it that it has to go through sales. The salesman was needless to say rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional and I choose not to deal with him further. Spoke to Service Manager, was told they "would take a look at it" but later stated could not do anything about it, that it had to go through sales. Contacted Sales Mgr, via e-mail. No response. Later received call from service manger that he would give me "paint" to touch it up myself. This is not acceptable to me on a new vehicle. read full review »

Do not go to this store. I went there in 2009 thinking I could squeeze in quick service between my regular Dealer service. What a mistake! These guys bent my tie rod and put all the wrong tires in the wrong position for a tire rotation. I had two sets of warning lights coming on and over a thousand in repairs after going to these guys. These guys are amateurs, not mechanics. I took my car back and they denied any wrong doing and would not accept a complaint. Do not go to Texaco Xpress Lube. Took them to small claims. I just now got my oil changed at Mr. Lubie, the sign at the street in front of the business clearly stated oil change $22.99. However when I got the bill the oil change was priced at $35.99. When I complained I was told that the sale price was only for a certain kind of oil and they didn't ask if people wanted that oil and didn't tell them if they ordered a different kind of oil. Needless to say I will never return to this place of business and I strongly urge anyone else who needs an oil change to go any place but Mr. Lubie!!! read full review »

On September 1st, 2009, I turn in my vehicle in for repairs at wade #1 in Waco, TX; I was authorized by State Farm insurance company claims department to take a rental vehicle from enterprise while repairs were done to my vehicle. I was asked to live a deposit of $50.00 for a car rental, which I did with a credit card. I returned the vehicle on September 3rd, 2009 and I was then informed by the enterprise agent that a $200. 00 hold had been placed on my credit card. purchased a full tank of gas (gas light was on and i was basically running on fumes). Total tank came to $40.01. Brand new 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. About 20 minutes later, car started bucking and shaking. Went to dealer - had car looked at and gas tested - contaminated gas - alcohol level was at 15%, which is much higher than they NYState standard. Also hydrometer was .738 heavy. Respected sir, Your company is very famous so its product is sell world-wide. I had also bought a hero-honda super splendor bike on 2/MAY/2009. I had found some problem after 10-15 days. The rear shock absorber, chain cover created noise & pass light switch hadn't work. The engine got hot very quickly or just about in 2-5 km. I rented car for 4 days on my holiday in South France from Nice Airport. 3rd day of running, someone break driver side window and took all stuffs I kept in the car including luggage and mobile phone and one of friend's passport. It happened so quickly and even I was around the car but didn't realised. I called police and had to stay few hours there to make report. Went in with a strange noise that was quickly diagnosed as a bad bearing in my alternator. 3 hours and $400 dollars they charged me and still made no difference in the noise. They tried to make it about me. Wanted me to "accept" that it was an older car and that it is possible that MULTIPLE things had gone wrong all on the same day. If you value your motorcycle, stay away from this "Shipper" The above shipper picked 2 bikes from Harley Davidson Dealership in Anchorage to ship to Idaho Falls, ID. They left NO paperwork! The bikes were: 1- Screaming Eagle Road King- brand new. 2- Honda Valkyrie They charged me $ 2616.18 on the phone and told me all the paperwork would be sent on line. I bought a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and had numerous problems with them. First they put an improper color for the custom leather interior we had them do. They refused to pay to put the correct color in and it still looks bad. Then we had a problem with their alarm system not working properly (constant falses). They eventually replaced the alarm but we still get the false alarms. My daughter and I went to the shop to get a routine transmission fluid change and that is exactly what I wanted. He asked me if I wanted my transmission flushed. I asked if that was good for it and he said yes. It is only $99.00 The upper Tech's name was Arthur. The lower Tech's name was Jason. The manager's name is David. They have been maintaining my 2002 since 2002. It had 111016 miles on it when they flushed it at 12:04 P.M. At 2:00 P.M. my transmission was blown. It would not shift.
