On 7.24.09, I had encountered an issue with my breaks that I did not understand after having them done by Firestone in February. This is second time I visit to Rohan ghaziabad fro accidental cover. First they take maximum time. Everyday you call, they onlsy said we are working without proper date commitment. In my first expereince thay repaint the one part that do not matching the car shade at all. In second they take much time and when thay confirm datae and time of delivery, I go there with my family. In August of 2007 both my Daughter and myself bought 2004 Ford Explorers from Tom Wood Ford in Camel, IN both with approximately 35, 000 miles. Please do not go to Brake Check. Their service is terrible. They charge you for stuff you don't need to do or didn't even ask them to do. We had gone there obviously to get our brakes checked. They told us that they would get the check done in 2 to 3 days. After that when we went to pick it up we were asked to wait for half an hour but ended up waiting for more than 45 minutes. They got it done and we took it home. On the way back the brakes did not feel as though the needed repairs were done. The AAA certified repair shop in anderson, sc ( Holiday Automotive Service ) damaged my car to the extend my insurance company had to pay to fix the damage. I bought a Nissan Sentra w/6 miles on it in June 2008. Transmission went out on this car July 12, 2009. I had to pay for the towing of this vehicle to get it worked on. Then it took at least 2 transmissions from the factory to get one that was not defective. Bottom line I had to even pay for the rental car for all of this time. $2488.00 out of my pocket. I've taken my Honda Accord to Midas #504 (Cincinnati, OH-Glenway Ave) 4 times in the last 6 weeks for the exact same problem. The car would turn over but not start. The first visit they replaced the fuel pump because I was told the fuel pump wasn't getting enough fuel. I've since spoken with a Honda dealership and was informed if a Honda is losing fuel pressure, the main relay (much cheaper to replace than the fuel pump) is most likely the problem.
