We faithfully had our car serviced at Superior. When they went out of business, we had to find another dealer to service our vehicle, only to find that we had never been informed of any repairs that needed to be done because they were still under warranty. Apparently, they were waiting for our warranty to expire before informing us of the repairs that needed to be made. Now we find out that our CVT transmission is failing, It only has 85k miles on it and they want $5700 to repair the problem. read full review »

They start calling my work about eight days before my payment is do. Saying if I don't post date a check right away to clean my car out because their coming to get it. Along with the phone calls, come the Fax's, about three an hour. I only had my CDL for one year. Covenant Fired me suddenly for no reason. They have destroyed my DAC. First they had that I refused a drug test, and now they've changed it to a tested positive. I was a Primary Borrower on a 2007 Ford Expedition. The vehicle was taken to Burd Ford as a trade in. I was notified 2 weeks later that I needed to come into sign the POA, and I told them no that the vehicle was not for sale. When I told them that I wanted my vehicle returned to me I was told it was sold. How could they take and sale a vehicle that had two owners on it? Prior to giving my vehicle for repair to easy engines parts plaza i read all these complaints. Reading a few complaints which seemed fake, i decided to give me vehicle to them for repair. To keep things plain and simple, everything happend as promised and i would recommend everyone to use them. They are fantastic for major repairs. After reading these complaints you either have been mistaken with another company or i must conclude these are all jealous competitors. Do NOT deal with this company. I was given a car with no spare wheel (and not advised of this) so when I had a puncture I had to wait over an hour for a pick up truck to transport me and the car (midday, no aircon!) for two hours. The car was then replaced (note the tyre note!). I then had a three hr drive back along motorway so lost the whole day. The replacement car (exactly the same model, WITH a spare wheel) had faulty air con and 3 hr drive back to airport was unbearable (37-40 degrees). We purchased a battery at walmarts, to replace a seven year old battery, we continued to have car problems thinking that it must be something else as we had just purchased a new battery, after putting in a new starter and alternator and license mechanic checking it out it was discovered that the new battery that we had purchased was bad. I purchased a new 883 Low Rider in February 2006. I subsequently had 3 services done by Clearwater Harley Davidson in Johannesburg, South Africa. I have discovered that during this time my battery was swopped with an older battery. The battery is dated July 2002 and has the marking 'Vic' scratched onto the face of the battery. I doubt this would have been delivered by Harley Davidson Europe to South Africa with an old battery, so I beleive that while my bike has been serviced on these occasions that the battery must have been swopped with an older one. $50 Rebate never received I submitted all the required documents, I keep copies in case something like this happened. When I didn't receive my rebate I posted on Bestop's website. It took over 30 days for a response from a Promotions mailing center not Bestop! stating the offer had expired and that they issued a notification. 2005 Toyota Tundra started leaking power steering fluid right around 36, 000 miles. By the time it became noticeable and needed to be topped off, vehicle was past the 36, 000 mile warranty. Marina del Rey Toyota diagnosed problem as a defective high pressure hose. They quoted part at over $500 and labor at ~$600 and offered a 10% "discount". I recently finished a 4 year lease with Infiniti for a M35 and made arrangements to turn the car back in. After reading the lease agreement I found that the tires did not meet the standards so I spent $600 on new tires. We also had the car detailed detailed. This place is a nightmare. The owner Micheal is a smooth talker. He will draw you in and pick your pocket for everything you have. The mechanic John is incompetent and does not posses the knowledge to work on a bicycle yet alone a Jeep. Johns work is substandard and his attitude appalling. I have called customer service several times and they have done nothing to help for a mistake a customer service representative made. A payment was withdrawn from account on the wrong day. I took my car in to have the transmission looked at, and also for them to fix my air conditioner since it was only blowing hot. I asked them if I could have a loaner car, but they refused to give me one and even denied the fact that they ever loan out cars. I know for a fact that they do provide loaner cars, but I guess that just don't trust a 20 year-old who needs a car to get to class and work. As a result of this they will NEVER receive another dime from me. On 06/01/09 I purchased a 2009 GMC Acadia SLT-2 from Winegarder, Prince Frederick, $51, 000 vehicle.
