I give them a one star rating. If you can't trust them it does not matter how good they are. In Oct. 2008 I brought my 2007 BMW to Braman due to a flat tire. They told me two tires had nails in them and should be replaced. I did replace the tires. I took my vehicle (2004 GM Suburban) in to Bob Fish GMC for service and soon after developed a Service Engine problem, I took the vehicle back to Fish who charged me for additional work and for a daily rental and the problem came back within a day, I called Fish and was told to ignore the problem, I didn't follow that stupid advice and instead took the vehicle to a local repair shop who found the problem and fixed it promptly. I purchased a engine for my yamaha xj900, it came with a faulty starter clutch (gearbox) 1. It was not delivered as stated 2 to 3 days, but came in 2.1/2. weeks. I am going through an issue with a bait and switch from St. Cloud Kia. I paid Carchex to inspect a Toyota truck outside of Nashville. When I went to see the truck myself, I found that the report had missed some significant issues, such as body damage, a couple of malfunctioning sensors on the dashboard and worn brake pads and shoes with probable damage to rotors. I purchased a Baja Blaster go-kart at Pep-Boys. They were running a special. I purchased it for christmas for my kids in 2007. They drove it about 4 weeks in my back yard and both steering knuckles cracked. I called Baja and they were out of stock and the warranty was out already. They are a poor design. They should be re-called and redesigned. Their answer to the "bad design" was to discontinue the model and offer the Sandog. I don't recommend their products. I ordered a tranmission 9/07, gave my credit card for full payment. They sent the wrong transmission. I refused to accept the transmission from the delivery company terminal. It was returned to Pheonix 5 days later. They lied and said they never received the transmission. I contacted my credit car company. They lied to my credit card company, that they never received the transmission. I followed with a copy of the delivery slip from the shipping company.
