i went to get my oil change on 5-06-08 and about a month and a half later the brakes started to seem like they needed to be replaced so i took it in and the guys had it up on the lift for 3 minutes and asked where i had the oil changed last the "trained tech." at valvoline had put windshield washer fluid in my brake fluid which has distroyed my braking system and now i have to replace everything at a cost of 3200.00 for my 2003 jaguar xtype so a $70 oilchange turned into a lot more due to there negligence and now valvoline is refusing any responsiblity for anything without even looking under the hood. read full review »

They sold me a Honda Accord 96 model showing me the proof that they changed timing belt and did water pump and so many other things. As a proof of work, they gave me a service record printed on Immke Honda's cover letter and took me in confidence that no work is needed on the car for minimum next 5 yrs. Car loan was taken from HSBC in sept'02 over 60 installments. After paying off 58 installments, last 2 cheques were not presented by hsbc for clearance. Innumerable phonecalls followed by & a letter couriered to the manager at mumbai main branch (on 17/4/08) have had absolutely no response from the bank. A simple request to present the last 2 cheques for clearance so that i may get my Noc has been ignored causing unnecessary delay & inconvenience. Problems with the steel rim (15x5.5 wheels) weld failing on 1998 Ford Windstar vans...it's not a fluke, we're on our third wheel. The weld fails causing air to leak...resulting in a slow leak, and a perpetually low tire. No remedy but to buy new wheels. Brought my car in for a brake job because one of the calipers had hung up causing the pad to wear very rapidly resulting in grinding on the disk. I bought my 2005 KIA Spectra5 new in September 2005. My intitial gas mileage was 15 mpg. I was told it would increase and be at or near the sticker mpg after 6000 miles. At 12.000 miles on the odomenter I now get a rousing 19 mpg in town and 22 mpg on the highway. Needless to say, I am disappointed! On 8/22 I visited a Sunoco gas station. I went into the station to pay by credit card. Behind the counter was a clerk, who was busy sorting reciepts, and a girl approx. ten years old. I presented my card and was surprised when the child took my card and preceeded to run the transaction thru the credit card machine. I and my family were in an auto wreck in March 2005. At the time of the accident I had full coverage insurance and the insurance company didn't pay for the other vehicle or for my vehicle that I was driving and I had to pay to get it fixed. Went for brake service and noted a substancial increase in price over previous year. Found out that the cost of my pads increased %100 from previous year. District manager claimed previous proces were wrong. However when I rearched the same product at retail - it was %50 less. The pads were even %22 less straight from the dealer. The vehicle was purchased on June 26th, and 2 months later I am still trying to force them to send the title. I bought a 1967 Ford Mustang that did not have the original engine or transmission. It was modified for racing then made street legal. I was having trouble with the dipstick tube leaking. I had to keep putting transmission fluid in the vehicle every third or fourth day.
