We recently bought a brand new white accord... and we found a paint chip (manufacturing defect) near the tail light... we took it to get it fixed and after we got it back, I found the area that was painted was different shade of white as the whole car... Purchased Sport Trac on 8/9/08 wanting a bed cover seen on the Truck next to it on the lot. Salesman said no problem. During closing and after, it was stated that the bed cover I wanted was included in the deal. Before driving away I was informed that they had to order the bed cover and then they would install it. My husband bought a 2000 Ford F-150 about 3yrs ago and the truck caught on fire in July 2008 and Morristown Ford was to fix the truck they had the truck 5 weeks. We got the truck back on August 11th and the truck caught on fire again August 15th. The insurance company paid $5, 000.00 to fix the truck and Morristown Ford never could tell us why the truck caught on fire the first time. I am having a Consumer No. 1744 (Jasodaben M Raj) with the Dwarkesh Gas Agency, Grid Crossing, Anand (Gujarat). I booked for Gas cylinder on 25.07.08 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered after 15 days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally submit the document as they required for issuing the gas cylinder. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. Westerra Credit Union has put forced-placed auto insurance, for an additional premium, on my car loan, even though I have car insurance since the origination of the loan an dit has not lapsed. I've been to my insurance company, Colling Insurance, THREE TIMES and they've sent Westerra copies of my Progressive auto insurance. They still won't drop the extra fee. Vancouver Chrysler owes me money from a mistake in the paperwork ($399.07). No one calls me back to explain when the money will be returned. I have repeatedly left messages with the sales associate, Fleet manager, and the General Manager. I have called, my wife has called, and my mother has called and spoken to the General Manager, yet still this problem has not been resolved or even discussed with me. I was traveling on I-90 in South Dakota at the posted Speed limit (75mph) when a rear tire blew out. The damage to my fender and rim will be expensive to repair. After looking into the dealer a bit I realized that they were a bigger dealership with 2 other dealerships throughout the state. I made the deal over the phone because I was over 2 hours away. Mid April 2008, I applied for a refund of premiums paid and was told I was due a $700 refund and a check would be mailed the second week of July. I went to the service center for a basic inspection to maintain the integrity of the warranty I purchased thru carmax, and all they had to do was a basic lube, oil change, tire rotation and filling of fluids. Took our Mazda5 back in, as they didn't repair properly the 2 things under warranty that we requested last visit. The front wheels shake when stopping or driving on the freeway. This is an ongoing issue with many Mazda's, when the brake rotors warp due to bad manufacturer or over tightened wheel lugs. Combined Insurance is not the way to go if you want to work in the professional insurance business. They tell you they pay for everything as an employee for the company, this is not the case. You pay back the license fee with your first paycheck and monthly you pay for your bond. They will train you to sell policies as long as you can memorize and regurgitate, there is no thought process here.
