RIPOFF !!! RED SIMON FORD – SAN MARCOS TEXAS – RIPOFF!!! FRAUDULENT, INCOMPETANT AND DISHONEST SERVICE!!! This week I took my $53, 000 Ford F-350 Diesel 6.0L truck into Red Simon’s Ford for warranty service, and in my opinion my job was misquoted, misdiagnosed, and I was lied to by Red Simon’s employees. It seems that when I had need to have my windshield replaced under the "full glass" coverage I met with a few snags. The original place I went to have my windshield replaced clarified that they have consistent issues with Encompass paying on time due to Encompass' use of third parties. He went ahead and tried pre-authorization. They said that it was fully covered, but the customer needs to pay out of pocket and then would be reimbursed. I purchased a Schwinn bike for my son in Jan 2008. The bike started to have problems after the first 3 weeks. The chain would continually come off the rear wheel. Finally it completely pulled into the rear wheel, broke two spokes and destroyed the rear derailer. I took the bike to Target with receipt within the 90 day window for repair. I purchased a brand new SRT8 Chrysler from your Park Dodge Dealership in Lexington Park, Maryland in February of 2006. I have had nothing but problems with this Service Dept. My vehicle currently has 34, 000 miles on the odometer. I have had 3 sets of front tires on the vehicle. I called last Friday to make an appt to figure out what was going on with my front end. I have a 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo SS Limited Edition Pace car, which I bought brand new. I have had many problems with it, including lower intake manifold gasket. Gasket has been replaced 2 times and I only have 69, 000 miles on the car. I have had so many problems with this car that it would take me a long time to list. My daughter purchased a new Ford Fusion in our hometown in LA. She was driving home to Gulfport, MS and noticed her tire kept going flat & she kept stopping to put air in it. My girlfriend had recently purchased a "certified" used vehicle from Rally Motors of Moncton. It is a 2005 Hyundai Tucson GLV6 with 75, 000Kms at the time of purchase. During the test drive we noticed a lot of noise coming from the back and front ends with each bump. After I picked the car up and got home, I noticed the dash board was excessively damaged. I called Paul Calvert (the owner) and notofied him. i gave my car DL4CAE-1000 suzuki swift for service at D.D. motors wazirpur depot delhi. i gave them my car on 26th april at their workshop, then to their service center, but they were unable t deliver my car back to me, because they lost the key. then i went to the manager Mr.ashok, he said we will change your full lock system. now they are unable to change the locks till now, they are giving stupid excuses like no manpower, no availability of parts etc.by the mean time i have been travelling in taxis, and they behave very rudely, they treat me like as if iam no more then servant. still they have retun my car and asked me to come after 4 days. read full review »

BP shut cards off. Our company paid bill in full and the bank wrongfully held a check we had deposited when the check went through it stated uncollectable not NSF. We called the bank and the error was corrected. We then called BP GAS CARD and told them the error and to reprosses the payment. They stated that the cards would not be re-activated for 10 business days after payment clearance. Just to let everyone know, they do NOT have a license to sell the vehicles they have re-poled or that are on their lot. They DO NOT follow the law as far as having your title within 14 days of purchase nor do they have the vehicles inspected which is required by any auto dealer before selling a vehicle. Stay away from them!! It took me over 3 months to get a title and yet they still haven’t had the car emission, but when I did, it failed miserably. They continue calling daily about my car warranty being up...have asked 8 times to be taken off list. When I asked how they know my business they lie actually...when I asked for a name and number of the company she said her name was Ashley and the company was GAW and abruptly hung up. I would like this harassing to end. While other companies call, they at least have the decency to respect my wishes and take me off of their calling list and do not call back. I have been sufferning this problem since the day i have taken Indane LPG connection, the dealer never receives the phone (landline, Mobile) which has been given on his communications documents. The deliver never happens in time and everytime i have to listen to his hard comments as "we can not say anything because there is no power and the computer is off". Stay well away from Crowfoot Dodge of the Crowchild NW of Calgary!! They competley mis-diagnsed the problems on my vehicle and then had the audicity to charge me over $300.00 for the privleage of them getting it wrong. I spent more money with another firm on a report on my vehicle. This report conradictd the diagnosis of Crowfoot Dodge who have a copy of the report. Crowfoot Dodge are simply not interested in proiding good service. They have their money. Despite my many best efforts, Crowfoot Dodge has failed to provide anything near a good level of service. After 6 'associates', they drove the RV in question TO MY LOCATION. I was told a price for unit. Went down to dealership to sign papers, and the price suddenly (mis-understanding??) jumped $20, 000. I bought some shocks for my 2000 expedition (2 wheel dr.) from truckaddons.com. When the shocks arrived they were for a 4 wheel dr. When I questioned the company about it they said the shocks will still work on my 2 wheel dr. took them to my mechanic to install and guess what? They did not fit on my 2 wheel dr. Booked a dzire Vxi on 29th March... and yet have no committed date. Dealer says I am welcome to do whatever I want and he would be glad to cancel my booking as he is helpless and has no role to play. Wonder how the hell is Maruti Suzuki surviving in these times. I really must say they have very poor competitors who still can't seem to get their own act together. I would have gone for any other car had I had a similar option. I saw a BMW X3 advertised on their website for $19, 995.00 on Sunday, when dealers are closed in MN. I went to the dealership to see the car in the lot and the tag in the window said $19, 995.00. On Monday morning my wife went to the dealership to test drive the car and the tag was changed to $21, 995.00. We were told that it was just a mistake and if we wanted the car it was $21, 995.00. I had purchased new Hyundai car Accent GLE model in Aug2007. The only version available now. Its black color car and so far it has run 14000KM. Yesterday evening I was driving back home form office in Andheri Mumbai and on the way had filled petrol ( 22liters). On eastern express highway near Vikroli the car suddenly caught fire. Phoenix hard parts employs nothing but liars. They will not refund your core. They have told me on the phone for the last 4 months that everything was fine on my core and I should receive my check any time now. They will only let you leave messages for Sheila, the accountant, or Frank, the owner and neither will ever return a phone call. Not to mention the fact that they took 6 weeks to ship my transmission that was an in stock item and sent it with no bell housing or tail shaft when they told me it would have all the parts. Caliber had our new 2008 Altima Coupe from February 14th to May 1, 2008. We've taken the car back once because of new scratches (that Caliber caused), paint over spray, cracked headlight cover, faulty moulding around back glass, trunk lid not operating as it should, paint drip marks, paint on black plastic front grill that should not be there and numerous other things. My mother rented a van from them several weeks ago for a work trip to New York. My mother brought the car home Friday night. Saturday morning my dad came home from work and my mother told him that she got a message saying that the oil needs changed. Me and my dad took a look at the Van. I noticed something was wrong and told my dad. The van had on the front two DIFFERENT tires which is dangerous. Plus the van dirty. I went to Kansasland (3167 N Rock Rd; Wichita, KS, 67226 (316)634-1444) oil change. Was told I need shocks, which I had already had priced elsewhere 4 days earlier so I had a round about amount it would cost. They put in the MOST expensive shocks. My bill was $550.00. The bill receipt didn't even say anything about warranty. I had to go back the next day for them to write on my bill the warranty for these shocks. They screw people. This is the third time it has happened. While driving north on Interstate 94 in the Deerfield, IL area, a car insured by Founders Insurance swerved into the side of my car. We exchanged insurance information but made no police report - the local Police Department said response times were two hours and longer due to the poor weather (by the end of the day, nine inches of snow in the area).
