Had received a cell phone for my handicapped son, needed for emergency from Metro as he lost it and was replaced from Assurion Insurance. I purchased an Abit IP-35 Motherboard several months ago. When I installed the board it had intermittent failures that I assumed was caused by faulty RAM. Upon testing the RAM, it tested bad. I replaced the RAM. Once again I received intermittent reboots and crashes. Once again I tested the RAM and it was trashed. Since I have 10 machines running the exact same configuration with the exact same motherboard, I pulled RAM from another machine and installed it on the motherboard. The last few times I have ordered items from one of my suppliers . Your 2nd day is not a two day but a 4 day delivery. To watch my items sit for over two days is not correct and it will make me go to UPS as they are still resonably responsive unlike your current performance. Cityfone sent me a phone. I thought because it was Sears, it was reliable. I read their rules. I did not want the phone and phoned Cityfone and cancelled their service. I sent the phone back the same day. Now they are trying to charge me $4.86 to my Sears account. I phoned Cityfone, today (talked to Danielle). I phoned Sears who transferred me to their Finance office (Carol at J.P. Chase). While trying to solve a computer problem for me, Geeks by the Minutes billed me for at least 20 minutes of time during which I was waiting for a computer process to be completed (downloading). I was charged for 1 hour and 10 minutes and the problem was not fixed. I wrongly assumed that I would not be charge for down-load time, also wrongly assumed that "Geeks" was a trademark name but apparently anyone who thinks they can fix a computer can call themselves a "geek."
