LCD TV, Samsung, 52"
July 21, 2008
I have a 04/12/2009 promotional expiration date. My payment due is 92.00 a month. I pay 334.00 a month. My past experiance with experiation date's 6 month's to a year out with other business, I could pay what I want and even skip a month, as long as I pay the Balance owed by the experiation date. If the 39.00 late charge is not removed from my statement, I will cancell my credit card with hhgregg and take my business else where. I will tell my friends about this and they will tell their friend and so on. You know how that goes! Word... read full review »

Gateway Notebooks
July 21, 2008
My notebooks have always had a hard drive that breaks down or goes out. They tell me its just what happens we need to call the attorney general and let Gateway know you have to fix the problem don't give up. Hard drives blow out because the computers fans don't work properly and they overheat and can cause fire. Keep up the fight! read full review »

LG / Washing Machine
July 21, 2008
You can understand my frustration from the point, that I am taking time of from a very busy day to write on this board. My machine is with LG service center for last 3 weeks - No standby machine is provided - I was promised a single day turnaround - No call has ever come to inform me on delay, every time I call The standard promising reply. Due to this I have dropped a couple of decisions to buy LG products. read full review »

July 21, 2008
My phone had been out for over 2 months. There were 20 512-411-0000 calls made totalling $25.00. I told them That I could not have made these calls and disputed the billing. The said that I did . Anyway, there was no way I could make these calls since my phone was not working. I immediately cancelled service and will never do business with Trinsic again in my life and will definitely tell my friends and family to stay away. read full review »

IFB Senator 6 kg washing machine; it has manufacturing defects and also spoils your floor by oozing our detergent regularly and if everything goes fine its heater will break and damage the drum and cause great danger to the lives of your loved one’s. Please don’t buy this washing machine. We bought IFB Senator 6 kg washing machine in May 2008 from Bajaj Electronics, Punjagutta showroom in Hyderabad. We purchased this machine for our convenience as the two other washing machines we had were little smaller 4 kg, and we would have to... read full review »

Shop Digital Direct
July 20, 2008
I was trying to order a package of Canon EOS 40D camera from Shop Digital Direct recently. First, it was really hard to speak with someone over the phone. Even I got a chance, and then I was put on hold for more than 20 min. One man from the store tried to sell me more expensive package or add more staffs which I don't need, and told me that the product I asked for was not in a US version. If I need one of American version, I need to pay $299 more! Such a "game" and lie! After I side that I can use non-US version of the product... read full review »

I was trying to order a package of Canon EOS 40D camera from Photo Dynasty. First, it was really hard to speak with someone over the phone. Even I got a chance, and then I was put on hold for more than 20 min. After I placed an online order, I got an email asking to call the vendor back. When I called back, one man tried to sell me more expensive package or add more staffs which I don't need, any way the only purpose was not to serve customers, but try to sell a higher price. After I refused these offers, then I got an answer "we... read full review »

AT&T Wireless/Blackberry Curve
July 19, 2008
I purchased a Blackberry Curve at an AT&T store in Santa Rosa, CA in January 2008. In May, within the warranty period, I was plugging in the charging cable (carefully as always) and it didn't feel right. I looked in the charging port and noticed a couple of the connecting pins weren't aligned properly. It looked to me like a very small part of the plastic surrounding the pins was missing. I contacted AT&T. They said as there was "physical damage" to the phone it was not covered by the warranty. I explained over and... read full review »

I am a student who purchased a Gateway laptop about 10 months ago. I got a great deal on my notebook paying about $650.00 (after adding everything about $800.00) at the time of purchase they had offered me a ridiculous warranty in addition to my one year warranty for over $200.oo... of course anyone paying $650.00 for a laptop would find this ridiculous. If I had known then that my laptop would be essentially unusable 10 months later I would have reconsidered. My complaint regarding gateway was that I was going to do school work as I had many... read full review »

Dell Inc.
July 18, 2008
On May 18, 2008, I placed an online order for a Dell XPS 630i. Having read numerous reviews both from Dell's 630i sales webpage, and third-party review sites, I believed I was investing in a high-quality gaming PC, backed by what I then understood to be Dell's reputation for quality that I had experienced in the past with a used Dimension 4700 desktop system obtained from eBay. What I received looked good and at first seemed to perform well, until I began to discover that underneath the hood (and even outside it) Dell has been... read full review »

I sent a laptop computer to this company for repairs. Their website claims they can fix what others can't and faster. I bought a SanDisk 4GB Cruzer Titanium USB Flash Drive w/U3 that failed after only 9 months. Even though it is physically strong, the failure was a short in the circuits. I was told that a recovery company could open the flash drive and repair the circuits to recover the data for $125. Sandisk will only replace the flash drive if I sent it to them. Demonstrating the flash drive at a store that sells Sandisk products; that it does not work is not enough for Sandisk to honor its warranty without my sending it to them. I bought a laptop from Everex, 'the alternate pc company', and only a year after purchasing it, conveniently for the company right when the 1 year warranty is up, it completely stops working the way it is supposed to. When it goes to screen saver it takes 2 hours to get it off, it won't recognize my camera anymore, and it crashes when no one is even using it. I never owned an iPod before. So a little over a year ago I bought an iPod Nano because it had the 8GB's that I was looking for.
