Purchased two ipod transmitter/chargers for Christmas from this company. The sound is VERY distorted while playing music from your ipod in the car. I have emailed, faxed, and called MULTIPLE times. All I get is NO answer and then BUSY. I get no response from my emails. I had requested that I wanted to send these back and get my money back. I think they've left the country or something??? Jitterbug customer service apparently just ignores my e-mails. I sometimes never even get a email response back from them. Even when I do, they don't follow through with the things to which they've agreed to do in the phone book. I've tried numerous times to get them to make changes and/or corrections to my phone book.
