I was charged an unauthorized annual renewal fee of $53.86 on 4/14/08 from Norton.com. I do not currently and have not had this service for over a year. I currently recieve it free from my cable supplier. When you go to Norton.com/cs ca to resolve the matter as usual you have to jump so many hoops and wait so long, over 18minutes, that you decide to give up and just contact your cr card issuer and they in turn will start you on more hoop jumping. I had purchase the 6in 1 portable music system from Adishwars Bangalore. The dealer in order to hide deep scratches on the front panel had smartly put stickers and passed on the piece . He had the audacity to give a last piece discount of Rs 200 and fleecing me on the defective item. Moreover the User handbook was also not available in the packet. I am really irritated with HP service right now. I sent in my Pavillion 2500 laptop for repairs last month. They said it will only take 7-9 days to repair. It's been over a month and they have postponed the delivery date 3 times! They were suppose to have it delivered today and when I checked they postponed it again for another 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. I keep calling and all they can say is "I'm sorry ma'am." This is unaccepatble. I didn't pay over $1400 for a product that I can't use. Shortly after the one year warranty expired for my Prima television, the picture tube busted. Now I have to come up with over $600 to get it repaired. We prchaged one 1.6 T Split A.C on 1st. April2008, which was fitted on 3rd. April. Since then we find the colling is too poor and room temperature never goes bellow 26/27 degree celcious.
