Ordered books worth Rs.750-/ by way of credit card. The payment has gone through on 17th september 2007 but it is more than 3 months now, books have not been delivered at all. We are unable to contact them over phone or by mail. It seems these people have made it their habit to earn money by cheating the poor public. If they are so hard off for money, why don't they beg. I have been waiting for 2 years for an update for the dated software in my Magellan 800. They keep telling me it is coming but never comes. When I call, I end up in India and they just keep repeating that it is coming even when I ask for a specific date. You can't seem to reach anyone with Magellan who gives a dam. I'm on my second Trutech DVD recorder and I'm very dissapointed. The first I took back because it quit reading discs in the first 90 days, so I was able to return it to Target. The second, that I'm watching a brand new unscratched movie on right now, skips and freezes on this and many other movies. Based on how these two DVD players have performed for me I will not buy Trutech brand ever again. I apologize if I appear to ramble but I am very frustrated. HP technical support is a falicy and they have no integrity advertising customer support when you purchase their products. In no way do I have a problem with people from other countries providing technical support but there are limits like basic communications skills and simply understanding your questions.
