Nokia / Battery BL-5C
Recently it was the news that certain bl-5c batteries of nokia need to be replaced and nokia care promised to replace it within 2 weeks. I have registered my complaint with my battery no., nokia has accepted that battery needs to be replaced. But since then a month has been passed. I still have not received the battery from nokia.
They are playing with the lifes of customers, recently a bl-5c battery exploded in kanpur and injured one boy badly. If any thing happens to us with battery nokia shall be responsible for the same. read full review »

I am extremely disappointed with Brookstone. I purchased a Digital Music Songcube from store #116 in Tysons Corner, VA, in 8/06. There was a problem with the disk drawer, and in 03/07, I returned the system to the store to show them the problem. The store informed me that the Songcube had been discontinued, but they had another one to exchange. This past Monday, Sep. 17, there was a problem when I turned my Songcube on. Nokia / Faulty Battery
As per Nokia guidelines I have sent an SMS on 5555 giving my battrey No. : 0670400363563 N377513103808. I have sent the SMS giving my mailing address also. I have sent the SMS 1 month before. Even after 1 month still no one has come from Nokia to replace the battery as promised by Nokia (that they will replace it within 8 days of complaint).
I terribly disappointed by Nokia services.They just do not keep their words. Now, I have no other option other than to buy a new battery or to buy a new mobile set of some other reliable company.

I have given my sony video camera for repair on 21 aug 07 (ref slip no. GL No.169688)to the rashidiya service center. On 26 aug they sms me the repair cost,on 27 or 28 aug i confirmed the repair cost. But unfortunately every time i call the tel given it is busy and the auto reply says "sorry no one available to answer your call" i even tried the operator, the result is same!!! Does anyone know what can be done about AT&T Wireless service? My calls drop, my signal bar is "one or two" strength. AT&T indicates that they DO NOT HAVE TO GUARANTEE SERVICE. But, depending on the rep I speak with, here is their response: *we have no towers in the area, *we have two towers and cannot understand why no service*it's your phone*when Cingular switched to AT&T, it affected the towers*and NO we cannot allow you out of your legal contract which expires in April 2008. I really thought it ironic that DELL "gave me" an opportunity to rate a recent purchase. This happened to be the second AC adapter I had to get from DELL, the first was sent no charge and I paid for the second. I have been very unhappy with my DELL purchase. Refer to CASE # 166868909. Cricket is the worst phone company in the world. Their phones DO NOT work. You can't get service, that's why it is unlimited. Called them back but the people were rude and obnoxious and refused to return the phone which does not work here. I bought the subject notebook from Staples and the hard drive is going out. Staples is not able to help, I have to deal with HP. Great customer service Staples. Dass Electronics Aundh
Dass Electronics aundh has been the poorest in providing service to their customers. I purchased a laptop from them and they told me to hand it over to me in next one hour with everything configured, but it took 6-7 for them to deliver to and for more surprise the keyboard key was out of place. When i told them to fix it up they said it will take 2-3 days to get it fixed by service center and it has been a week and i am still without laptop.
One of the poorest service by any dealer i have seen. I would recommend not to go for Dass Electronics specially Aundh.
They have pathetic service!

My strong recommendation to all, don't buy anything from Dell India. They have the worst customer service. They are only good at irritating and frustrating the customer so that we forgets complaining.
They shipped me a Damaged product and when i complaint to them, they argued with me that system is perfect without seeing it physically. I am placed in Mumbai and their customer service department is in Bangalore. I would say that they are simply idiots and don't know what they talk.
Be careful while buying. Its been 3 months and i am still fighting with them. Running to consumer courts.

On March, 14th 2007 I ordered a GEM LCD 17' monitor which had a rebate of $110 ($90 + $20). I sent the rebate timely with all the required documentation and waited patiently for 12-14 weeks as stated by the offer. On July 23, 2007 i purchased a Philips DVD Home Theater System. On Sep 1, 2007 it was no longer working. It would not eject the DVD, would not play or do anything.
I called Philips and was told I first have to mail them the component at my expense and it would take a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks business days for them to send me a replacement. I'm upset because first of all the component should not have problems this soon and I should not have to spend my money returning it. I am having a nightmare of a time getting HP to inform me of the location and status of my computer.
