I had bought this oven in 2005. Day before yesterday, flames started coming out from the rear of the oven. When ewe complained, the service engineer said he can attend the complaint only on a Tuesday. This is really bad that a reputed company oven goes bad in such a short duration and the service engineer takes so long to attend it. I owned a Mitsubishi projection TV since 1984 and had no problems with it. I decided to upgrade to a moe modern TV and purchased a 50"DLP from Samsung. Warranty is for 2 years.
