I brought a Samsung D840 from Wavetel Chennai (Tambaram Branch) in the month of March 07. The handset started giving me problem in a months time only. Since the Handset was in warranty period i was promised a replacement in case it cannot be repaired. 2 weeks already and i have no clue of my handset. I purchased an Compaq presario V3239TU notebook from one of the authorized retail distributors in New delhi (India). The Operating System is window vista. 1. start up and shut down takes exactly 26 mins which is an immense time loss for me as a daily user of your product. 2. I purchased a Nokia 6288 around last week of January 2007 from Sony Jumbo in Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. The Dealer of the company was given a credit card for payment of combo offer of LG microwave + LG vacuum cleaner for Rs. 5999/-. The buyer had a card which was offering 10% payment on purchase during that festive season. But the dealer insisted on taking on the other credit card and assured that 5% rebate shall be given on that card and he charged 2% extra on the bill. But the buyer did not get the rebate in the bills of the credit card. The dealer was contacted but he refused to talk.
