For nearly three months, I have tried to end my services with Peoplepc. As with any contract, I have tried to do this in writing. Peoplepc does not accept anything in wiring. They will only accept phone calls. This may not be an issue except for the fact that I have tried several times to contact customer service only to have to wait 20-30 minutes. I got a GE washer and have extended warranty on it. I noticed water leak and turned off the water outlets and asked GE to send a service guy to fix it. The service guy came and told me there's nothing wrong and told me that he would only replace the plastic tub cover. I applied for rebates as OnRebate.com which is part of the TigerDirect company. I sent in all the required information in September of 2005. I had to keep talking with them to finally get them to approve the rebate on June 6, 2006. Now they say they have sent me 3 checks in the mail on Dec. 13, 2006 (6 months later!!!). I know that BFG has a good reputation for customer support, but it seems that their support is only applied locally for US citizens. BFG claims to have 24/7 international support for its consumers, but that's not true.
