I have purchased Nokia 6260 2 years back. It was functioning correctly for some time , but suddenly the light (indicator that there is an incoming call) stopped functioning. I obtained the AON home buyer's insurance with my home purchase - the AON contract number is 1604841. Recently I found my dishwasher leaks water - it is a 14 years old machine and it did not come as a surprise. Within 6 months of Purchase the Nokia Cell Phone 2255 started malfunctioning. We took it to the Customer care and they repaired it ,but only after one month of repeated visits and phone calls. Even after repairing it once,all the problems weren't solved entirely. Further, after another one month, the Handset developed cracks and further broke in 2 pieces. I recently had to replace two surface lights on my General Electric Microwave Oven which was purchased new 2 years ago. Upon reading the manual, I discovered that these bulbs had been seated in some type of glue or plastic coating. I was instructed to run a knife or other sharp object completely around the base of the light therefore freeing it from the coating. IT DID NOT WORK! I purchased a GE profile range in September 2006. The range has convection and regular bake with a lower drawer oven. My objective was to purchase an oven that performed extremely well for baking. My 9 year old Amana bottom freezer stopped cooling. It had a 10 year warranty on the cooling parts. Called the number in the Amana manual and they sent somebody from Osbornes Appliance in Bellevue,WA. This company charges $99.00 per hr. to send a tech to your house to fix/troubleshoot computer problems. On 2/4, a tech came tomy house. Spent 1 3/4 hrs. trying to correct networking problem. I purchased an Amana convection range in February 2005. This is one of their more expensive models. The clock and main heating element for the oven shorted out. The repair man said we're lucky it didn't start a fire. I contacted Amana and they said it was out of warranty and they would do nothing for me. I think a range that is not even 2 years old should be covered for replacement of the replacement items at no charge. I am so upset and disappointed with Sears. When we moved into our home, i bought all my appliances at Sears - stove, microwave, washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Kyocera, through Verizon, sold me a phone with a defect that I did not discover until after I had been using the phone for a year. The defect prevents the phone from recharging except when on a special cradle. I called Kyocera to get help, and they said it was Verizon’s problem. Verizon would not provide any help. This is a problem these assholes should be able to fix easily, but they refuse. I will never do business with these sons of a bitch again.
