I have purchased a new nokia n95 the set is good in every thing but the only wrong thing is that the sound of fm in loud speaker mode is so weak that it is hardly hearable. The Dealer of the company was given a credit card for payment of combo offer of LG microwave + LG vacuum cleaner for Rs. 5999/-. The buyer had a card which was offering 10% payment on purchase during that festive season. But the dealer insisted on taking on the other credit card and assured that 5% rebate shall be given on that card and he charged 2% extra on the bill. But the buyer did not get the rebate in the bills of the credit card. The dealer was contacted but he refused to talk. In my pc the headphone's mike is not working . There is some problem in it's hardware. But this mike is working on other computers. I called them up to get my computer repaired. The service manager quoted $45.00 to fix the problem. When the technician that actually worked on my machine began fixing the problem, he said it would take about 1.5 hours. He quoted me a price of $95.00. I told him I would not pay any more then the originally quoted $45.00. He said he would check with his boss and call me back. I have purchased a Samsung Window A/c On 29th April, and on 10th April, it started making a huge noise, I registered a complaint on Samsung service center on 11th may and till today (14th April 2007) until 7:00 pm no one has come to attend the complaint. Mr. Narayan had complained and taken the washing machine for repairing it at the Goa LG service centre soon after 2 months he expired and the Service technicians say drum was broken after it came back from Delhi (their H.O) they say the knob spring is broken and even the gasket is given way so total I am his daughter after using this machine for 5 years we will have to spend approx. Yet I have noticed that although I usually receive low rewards (5 point ones and such) I am never credited for the high ones. I purchased an LG 1.25 ton ac in 2000. The compressor stopped working 10 days ago. I got the ac fixed by LG authorized Synergie Services. They presented me with Rs. 5600 in bills (bill nos. 3241 and 3235) for replacing the compressor. 4 days later the compressor stopped working again.
