Within 6 months of Purchase the Nokia Cell Phone 2255 started malfunctioning. We took it to the Customer care and they repaired it ,but only after one month of repeated visits and phone calls. Even after repairing it once,all the problems weren't solved entirely. Further, after another one month, the Handset developed cracks and further broke in 2 pieces. I purchased a GE profile range in September 2006. The range has convection and regular bake with a lower drawer oven. My objective was to purchase an oven that performed extremely well for baking. I recently had to replace two surface lights on my General Electric Microwave Oven which was purchased new 2 years ago. Upon reading the manual, I discovered that these bulbs had been seated in some type of glue or plastic coating. I was instructed to run a knife or other sharp object completely around the base of the light therefore freeing it from the coating. IT DID NOT WORK! This company charges $99.00 per hr. to send a tech to your house to fix/troubleshoot computer problems. On 2/4, a tech came tomy house. Spent 1 3/4 hrs. trying to correct networking problem. My 9 year old Amana bottom freezer stopped cooling. It had a 10 year warranty on the cooling parts. Called the number in the Amana manual and they sent somebody from Osbornes Appliance in Bellevue,WA. I purchased an Amana convection range in February 2005. This is one of their more expensive models. The clock and main heating element for the oven shorted out. The repair man said we're lucky it didn't start a fire. I contacted Amana and they said it was out of warranty and they would do nothing for me. I think a range that is not even 2 years old should be covered for replacement of the replacement items at no charge. I bought a Jabra BT160 bluetooth headset from the Best Buy in Carmel, Indiana. At the time I had just signed up at their store for Sprint and a new phone. First of all their website happily claims 24 hour customer service, however if you try to call and get an operator it will never happen, it will say Im cannot do that but try our website. I am so upset and disappointed with Sears. When we moved into our home, i bought all my appliances at Sears - stove, microwave, washer, dryer, and refrigerator. I also purchased the warranties for all the appliances. I make sure that service is done on all the appliances every year as is recommended. There is another complaint logged against this company that describes how the company accepts internet orders, but then requires you to call to confirm the order with a sales person. 1 and half year back I have purchased one dvd hi-fi system of phlips, and within 5 month it got some technical problem, I contacted with service center and they had replaced my dvd. But after 9 month that replaced dvd started showing technical problem (track struck, system hang etc) when contacted the service center on 13/01/07 they told me to submit the dvd. I purchased a mini vacuum cleaner in December 2006. I was told misinformed that the machine has a strong motor and can easily clean rugs, carpets (not have, but regular carpets) and wall ceilings. Kyocera, through Verizon, sold me a phone with a defect that I did not discover until after I had been using the phone for a year. The defect prevents the phone from recharging except when on a special cradle. I called Kyocera to get help, and they said it was Verizon’s problem. Verizon would not provide any help. This is a problem these assholes should be able to fix easily, but they refuse. I will never do business with these sons of a bitch again. I purchased a Mint Chocolate for my daughter from Verizon Wireless. The first phone was completely unusable. The phone would jump to mobile web even when no one was near the phone. I bought a HP factory refurbished media centre PC from FutureShop ($1000). It had 3 months warranty. IT started giving "starting" problems. Shuts on/off several times by itself before it starts. This dishwasher is terrible. It's two years old and I've had nothing but problems with it after a few months.
