Easy VHS to DVD software and hardware came with a laptop system I bought. Did not try to use it for about a year or so after I got it. (Was no need) When I did try and use it the hardware would not be recognized by the system. After over a month of WEB based support, which a whole other topic of complaint, I still have no resolution to my problem, Roxio support keeps giving me the run around, and they wont replace the hardware without a receipt that I do not have any more. Be very leery about buying ANYTHING from Roxio because if it goes or is bad you will end eating the cost of it because they will not help you.!! read full review »

I too was decieved by Prado. I was to pay shipping and handling only for a FREE TRIAL OFFER. The cost is now up to 218.85. I did get in touch with them. They refused to help me. Ordered the Navigator Liftaway on 1/3/2011. Finally received it on 1/27/2011. Used it for 15 minutes and then it broke. The premium pet turbo brush stuck to the main hose and would not release. Ordered replacement parts on 1/27/2011. It's now March 3rd 2011 and I am still waiting for replacement parts. Ordered a computer over the internet in October, paid for it via Western Union in November, was sent a false trace number for DHL and computer has never arrive. However have after meany emails been promised it has been sent and each time a false trace number. Account paid into is in the name or LiWei Wang. This is a SCAM site and have now found several complaints of similar action. Suggest a trace to the account and get the bank to freeze the account. read full review »
