Dish network unauthorized took money out of my son and my account in excess of over 920 dollars stating equipment was not received even though I have comfirmation it was. I was congratulated a few weeks later and told my cat had been selected to appear in their book, "The Most Adorable Pets in America" - 2011 edition. This company gave me innacurate and outdated pricing data, I offered to show them the data on my phone since I lost alot of money in buying bad books, IE I purchased a book that neatoscanner said that was around 50K in sales rank, then I got home to discover that the rank was around 600K. I bought a whole slew of books like this. When I confronted Neato Scan about this they vehemently denied the error in data and would not even look at the proof that i had, the downloaded database. I bought the DVD game Civ 5 on 1 DVD (+/- 4.3Gb) recently. i have to register with Steam before playing. when i try ti do so i am informed i have to download another 4.6Gb from the internet. It's unfortunate that the customer service at Franklin Fountain, especially it's manager's version of it, is not as sweet as its ice cream. Talk about subpar customer service! I was mailed the MORE magazine without aking for it. It seems also quite painful to cancel it. First, MORE magazine REFUSED my WRITTEN REQUEST for cancellation, blaming this is outside their control. They referred to a phone number leading to m2mags.com. This outfit in turn has a tricky customer service arrangement... trying to avoid direct cancellations too and referreing to a website. I responded in writing them that I will now completely refrain from business with any listed business partners to m2mags. This company recorded a 3 day session and promised us professional looking videos, but delivered blurry video with poor audio quality. Audio sounds great for about the first 15 minutes then sharply drops off and you can only hear background. I was waiting in line for ten minutes to order my food at the theater. There were separate lines so for some reason, some people chose to stand in the really long lines. There are SEPARATE LINES for different cashiers.
