I was really disappointment with my visit at this location. The manager was being a total jerk, and the person making my sandwich was new so the manager was constantly asking if the person was making the sandwich right. The person that helped me didn't want to make my pastrami warmer per my request and said it was already warm. And the manager told that it's not a endless combo so he made the guy cut 1/2 of the sandwich away instead of just giving it to me. My salad leaves are old and it took him 20 min to make 2 sandwiches. People were coming in and out of the place and I was still there waiting for my sandwiches. My husband and i had two tickets on the harley davidson elimination draw that took place at the Old Town Tavern on March 26, 2011. We got down to the final three numbers, and then at the end thought we had one and when the pulled the ticket from the bin, it wasn't our ticket. They had drawn our ticket earlier (unheard or unseen by us), and stapled it over another number (the winning number). Our number was 175; his was 157. Please avoid them as im a victim and lost aalot of money..i think they are indian based. I made several complaints to the company, the first was answered (saying that the software was sent to me with a receipt via email). H & R Block Tax software for 2010 (formerly Tax Cut)
2010 FEDERAL 1040 RETURN - 1) does not import previous year's data correctly; 2) did not correctly accept data for 1099-R - had to re-enter data. 3) last, but more importantly, crashed and would not print and Windows XP Task Manager remarked "Not responding" repeatedly; 4) waited for 30 minutes on their toll free help line 800-472-5625 and gave up.
I will reinstall the software on another drive and try again, or another computer. If all of the above fail, will switch to Tubro Tax.

VERY POOR VALUE!!! I came in to get a quick, simple 6" Turkey sandwich, small bag of chips, and small drink and it was almost $8--what a rip-off!!! Knowing that I was upset the Mgr/Waitperson said that this is what a "meal" was at McD and then had a "cute" little sarcastic saying when I walked out the door. Plus, the wait staff would call it's customer's "honey" and "sweetie." I'm sure glad my wife wasn't with me. I bought the A R Drone Helicopter for my 13 y/o boy's Christmas present. Over $350!!! It has so many glitches, quirks, problems, and parts that malfunction that I tried to return it. Brookstone will not return it because 'that's the deal they have with the company'. The company won't do anything because, 'We didn't take any money, so we don't return money." I purchased the Tata Sky HD Plus with video recording about 10 days back on 19th March 2011 & am still waiting for it to be installed after several enquiries & complaints to the customer service. I stay in Gurgaon so not some far off village where the service can be tough to provide. I have tried everything & spoken to senior supervisors who have promised me installation on the next day however today is the 28th of March 7:45 pm & no one has come to install it yet. I do alot of business with P.C. Richards and Sons. Well I purchased a plasma t.v. and the screen went blank on me. I called the store who in turn told me to call the service department. Well when I called the service department they told me that my warranty expired 3 month's ago... how ironic. They are not in color, are terrible quality, a single tape will not play through, a notice appears on the screen to check for scratches or something on disc. when i ordered direct tv/qwest package, i was not told i locked into a 24 mo. contract. when i cancelled the service because it wasn't all they said it was, i returned the equipment, and actually received a $54.00 check. months later, i received a bill from qwest, stating i owed them $338.00 for a disconnection fee. I subscribed to Runner´s World magazine in November, 2010. So far, I have only received the first issue in January, and have not received the two following issues. I have tried to get in touch with them, and they keep on saying they cannot find my account, or they can only help me with my account number. My checking account was charged on February 10th - to date I still don't have the cd's or any further details.

I purchased a game - Sid Meier's Civilization V from Best Buy. I installed it on my computer and it initally ran fine. I had a problem with my computer and Windows 7 crashed. Myself and my friend tried to din in at this restaurant and they told us that "we're closed", which is weird because their business hours said open from 10 AM to 9 PM and at the time we entered it was 8:09 PM on a Saturday night while there were people sitting in the restaurant eating with all the lights on? My friend said he's been trying to go in their for the past few months and we didn't make a big deal out of it until this happened to the 6th time a row and it was so obvious because other customers were eating in there. They served me a Spicy Sausage Pasta with a cockroach last March 7, 2011 in their Shopwise Commonwealth branch. It was a very humiliating moment. I have eaten about half of the food already when I noticed that there was a roach. I had to go to the public restroom to throw up the dish served to me. I ordered the food with much trust in your Fruit Magic's quality and above all cleanliness. Moreso, we learned that the food they serve is pre-packed and is delivered to all branches of Fruit Magic.
