I am very unhappy with the fact that scheduled programs are cancelled without notification and not adhered to. The worst is that they advertise these programs during the week and then they change their schedules and put sport on tv without notification!!! This has been happening for the last three weeks now and still it is not corrected and they are still advertising programs that do not show. I have been a loyal customer of Mnet since 1993 and can't believe that after all these years with all the latest technology that they still get their schedules wrong. The first sentence of the "notification letter" states: "On behalf of International Promotion Authority in collaboration with Total and KFC Online Committee, United Kingdom..." Additionally, KFC's registered trademark is used on the letter. My family purchased a total of 5 Color Nooks from B&N over the 2010 holiday season. After being loyal customers for two decades we encountered repeated problems with the Nooks and could not get a response from customer service. The store wouldn't help us at all. This company is based in Lucknow and having very poor management, Even it would be good to say that it is good for nothing. These guys promise several things with everyone on the time of interview but as the guy joins these guys forget about their promises. I called into file a claim with my furniture warrarty company and was transferred to Magazine Reward Center for a "promotional offer" and gift card from Walmart. I have been playing zenga poker on facebook for months and I had 125 Million chips. My best friend was hacked twice in four days lossing 65M and 6M with no word back from either facebook or zenga. I have been hacked before losing 5M and 18M which after weeks of waiting finally got them back off zenga. While on my computer I got a virus/spyware warning which I could not get rid of with my software. I sent them my credit card and got charged 59.99 plus a foreign fee of 1.20. The virus went away and the software was supposed to be good for 1 year. On 3/15/11 the virus is back. read full review »

I had to reboot my computer and when I tried to install Anti Spyware and Privacy Controls they would not recognise my registry keys. I tried the support link on the paretologic page but it would not open. I have tried this many times. This is the only part of their site that does not work. I have tried emailing other parts of their website but to no avail. I went to Mcdonalds drive thu and ordered two of the Mcdoubles for $1.00 each.
