My family purchased a total of 5 Color Nooks from B&N over the 2010 holiday season. After being loyal customers for two decades we encountered repeated problems with the Nooks and could not get a response from customer service. The store wouldn't help us at all. This company is based in Lucknow and having very poor management, Even it would be good to say that it is good for nothing. These guys promise several things with everyone on the time of interview but as the guy joins these guys forget about their promises. I believe that this website/company is a hoax. (tvshow-cellar.com) I ordered a DVD box set for $40 on February 4th 2011. My bank card was charged for that amount on 2/08 from SOUTHPAWTOONS COM. I bundled services with Qwest and Direct TV after a saleman came to my home and promised to beat Comcast's pricing. I was promised a great rate- and then the bill came. They apologized, promised to correct the problems and bill # 2 came- double what they quoted me! I went to Mcdonalds drive thu and ordered two of the Mcdoubles for $1.00 each. Similar situation. Laptop was froze up and unprotrected from various threats. Charge for antivirus software was listed as 19.90 but posted to my account the next day for 99.90. E-mailed the company for a refund. The next day the software was removed from my computer but I'm still left holding the bag. Called my bank right away.
