I purchased Quad Registry, Quad Atispyware and PDF Software on January 27, 2010. Their adverstising indicated that I purchased the program. I was given license keys for each program and installed them on my computer. Auad Antispyware stopped working about six months later. I was mistakenly charged for a CD of The Month Club membership, when I signed up for a free, only pay shipping of $6.99, for a CD on Bipolar Depression. They subsequently refunded the mistaken charge of $49.95. However they continued to charge me the $19.99 permonth fee, after a free 30 day trial. We went through the drive thru and placed an order for a chicken sandwich and a whopper sandwich. The drive thru employee was very nice. It took a while to get our order. They were not busy at all. I'm not sure if it works the same everywhere else but in Kirkland Lake we can call our orders in and have it picked up and delivered to us. Bought a Toshiba 32C100U LCD television 90 days ago. I just bought a home theatre system and just found out the digital audio port does not work on the Toshiba. While this issue is covered by warranty the Toshiba consumer MUST PAY TO SHIP the defective product to the one location in the US that does repairs. Bottom line, buy a defective Toshiba product and then pay $40 to get the warranty work done - though this is not mentioned on the box or their website anywhere. Awful customer service. I currently started Renting at Rent a Center. When I went in I rented a 42' TV, entertainment center, Blueray Surround sound system, xbox with kinects, couch, chair, coffee table, end tables, and lamps. About $600 a month worth of things. My husband and I, after much consideration, purchased a large Samsung 50 inch plasma tv. We've had this tv for 4 months. A week ago a crack appeared. This company sold a tv adapter promising the telecast of International channels (Sports and Asian Channels specifically) through internet streaming. They informed that what they were doing is absolutely legal. Since 4 days of my purchase of this product, none of the channels are showing up as promised. I had to reboot my computer and when I tried to install Anti Spyware and Privacy Controls they would not recognise my registry keys. I tried the support link on the paretologic page but it would not open. I have tried this many times. This is the only part of their site that does not work. I have tried emailing other parts of their website but to no avail. I have been playing zenga poker on facebook for months and I had 125 Million chips. My best friend was hacked twice in four days lossing 65M and 6M with no word back from either facebook or zenga. I have been hacked before losing 5M and 18M which after weeks of waiting finally got them back off zenga. I am very unhappy with the fact that scheduled programs are cancelled without notification and not adhered to. The worst is that they advertise these programs during the week and then they change their schedules and put sport on tv without notification!!! This has been happening for the last three weeks now and still it is not corrected and they are still advertising programs that do not show. I have been a loyal customer of Mnet since 1993 and can't believe that after all these years with all the latest technology that they still get their schedules wrong.
