The DVDs that were sent were illegal copies that arrived from China. Half of the episodes didn't work and there is no contact information or return address. They didn't even include a packing slip with the shipment. The DVD's had stickers on the them and were hand numbered with an ink pen. The TV Land logo was on each recorded episode telling me that they were recordings made directly from reruns on tv. And they were very poor quality. This website sells software that is questionable. The product that I bought from them had a serial number that did not work. They are located in China which the website does not show. Their 100 percent guarentee is not kept. After many attempts at trying to get a refund they make you pay the shipping both ways as they take off the shipping from the rufund and have you pay for sending it back to them...all the way to China. This company's production of DVDs is poor and they don't stand behind their products. I ordered the movie 'Viva Zapata' for my father's birthday in July. The DVD is missing the beginning and the ending of the movie! It begins in the middle of the first scene of the movie and ends without showing the actual ending of the movie. I've emailed them no less than 4 times asking where to send this DVD back for a refund. I am new to selling on Amazon. Posted some CD's. Sold one for $3.00. Shipping an handling allowance is $2.98. Amazon collects $5.98 from Buyer. Then Amazon takes away commission and fees of the amount $2.64 leaving me $3.34. Out of this money I still have to pay postage of $1.96 and $.50 for a padded envelope. I thought that getting a Dish Network HD DVR means to get all available HD channels, not only the local HD channels. Why do customers have to do this unnecessary step?
