I want to subway with a friend on the 8-13-09 the clerk 15 waited on me and i order one of the 5 dollar specials and had and extra coke it came to almost 9.00 i told her i had order the special and she said you got turkey and that was not on the special my complaint is why did she not tell me at the time i order it. the special says cold cut combos to me if it is not a hot turkey or hot beef then it is a cold cut combo. so i will not go back to sub way again as i was very unhappy at the way you do bussiness. my friend said she would not go back if that is the way they do business she also told the clerk that was not good bussiness. read full review »

Better World Books
Don't buy from Better World Books! I bought a much needed text book. They sent the wrong edition. When I contacted them, they didn't have the edition they advertised and told me to send back the book BEFORE they would refund my money! They are schamers! They advertise a popular text book, send you an outdated text, refuse to refund your money until YOU, at your own expense, return the unordered book. WHAT assurance do I have that they will EVER return my money?

Membership Committment
I completed my enrollment committment and kept getting letters from them saying that I hadn't and that I must spend another $22 or $23 or they would just charge it to me. I kept e-mailing them asking for details as I had purchased other books after the introductory package. Finally I got an e-mail response that said the last book I purchased cost $12.98 and to qualify for meeting the requirement, it needed to cost $12.99. I responded to that e-mail and offered to give them the extra penny. Then I got a letter from a collection agency.

On March 21, 2010, I had a reservation to have brunch at this restaurant at 11:30 a.m. This, as you must know, was the day of the L.A. marathon. When I attempted to park my vehicle, however, I was told that my vehicle could not be parked by the restaurant's valet service because my small, 11-year-old dog was resting in the back. After trying to get TV fixed for over 60 DAYS, WAS OFFERED A REPLACEMENT WHICH IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE!! It is now another 30 DAYs and still have no resolution and can not speak to a supervisor...seems to be a HUGE issue to even get a supervisor on the phone. Asked three times to speak to a supervisor in March on the same call and young man refused to let me and said one would call me, have yet to get that call. I would like to complain about the taking the Bill off the television. You say that the viewing has dropped, but of course it has you have put it back to 9oclock. It was much better when it was on at 80clock. And also over the last few weeks it has been pulled from the viewing because of the football.
The Bill is one of the best ITV programmes on the television.

I bought a DVD box set of the 1966 Batman Series and the DVDs are defective with poor quality. Plastic cases were cracked as well. Poorly packed in a tight box from China. Watch for the abusive practices of this literary agent. They ask you to send your manuscript/proposal and a list of all the publishers that you have already submitted your manuscript to. I was naive to disclose the names of all my publishers because I thought this agency was a serious one.
An email communication two months later revealed that they never reviewed my submission (although they had asked for it earlier). Apparently, all they were interested in was that list of the publishers whom I had contacted myself earlier.

when i ordered my food tonight from hardees at Lester Square in Sophia they got the order wrong the coffee had sugar in it . The food was cold the lettuce was brown. I sent a letter to KFC to express my dismay over their apparent lack of customer service. This was not a store location, this was the call center that I am complaining about. They called me up after 2 years, said that they had my account on hold and that they wanted me to pay them $39.95/month for next 30 months. If I didn't want to pay, my credit would be affected. I told them I hadn't received magazines from them due to my several moves in the last 3 years, they said they could extend the subscriptions for me for that reason. this hotline is terrible--it doesn't help women who are abused and the counselors are mostly jerks---this can go for many other hotlines as well but reporting about this in particular. They don't care to help people out but will just condescendingly be rude to them or put them down. My credit card was billed for magazine subscriptions when I was only supposed to recieve 3 free copies and that was all. I never agree to paying $71, $29 and $27 for subscriptions to TIME, Maxim and Blender magazines.
