Waitress at the food counter would not serve my husband, who was standing in front of her - told him to go and 'stand over there' - to her left. I visited the Zumba site on 08/10/2010 and ordered the Zumba combo cds. The price was 59.99 plus shipping and handling. I paid by credit cared 74.00 for this order and received it in about 9 days. On August 18th, Zumba billed my credit card again for 32.90. I have not ordered anything else from Zumba and want my money back. I did not give them permission to bill my card for any additional items. This is fraud and I want my money back. I found on my credit card statement that the amount that was charged was more than what we spent and I have the receipt to prove it. When I called and talked to the manager, she first asked me if I had my receipt. When I told her I had it in my hand, she then said I had put the extra money on the bill as a tip. When I told her we NEVER do that and left a tip on the table she then changed her story and said the cashier made a mistake. She never apologized and was very defiant and rude. This book is poorly written and researched. Any information is from the author's experience and may not be applicable to you. There are no footnotes or references of actual research. The poor grammar in the book makes it hard to read and understand in some places. There seems to have been no editor at all. It would be much better to buy a real book on nutrition, in my opinion. I confirmed with Makro that they close at 18:00 and decided that I would leavef Cape Town city centre after work at 17:00 and rushthrough peak-hour traffic to reach the closest Makro branch (Milnerton) at 18:01. There are around 100 families living in the society. The society basement is dumped with wastes whick is a house many insects and even snakes. The builder is least bothered about it.
