The Rogers Video Store in my neighbourhood have sent my file to a collections agencies no less than 3 times since the Spring of 2009. The reason for my being sent to a collections agency is because they claim I failed to return DVDs. The irony is, each time I received the letter notifying my I had been taken to collections I immediately had the Manager of the store go to the shelve himself and retrieve the DVD. They validate the information they have and even after you say NO NO NO not interested, they still "send you the publication." C & W Used bookstore in Woodbridge, VA is a nice place to shop. The only problem is the owner is not nice and does not have good customer service. I have had friends tell me that she hid behind the counter and made fun of my friend's facial features (she has muscular problems that relate to her face). The owner is rude and condescending and does not smile. Even if this is her business, she needs to understand that she needs to provide good customer service to keep her customers.
