My experience has vetted 1 tech out of 5 who has the snap to be working as a tech. Few if any at ATT Uverse has any idea what they are talking about regarding the technical side of fiber optic delivered TV and internet. I purchased Systweak's System Optimizer form a SAMMSOFT.com who sent me to the link to download the licensed version on Go.Zoombli.com. 28 days later I needed to again re-install the product, only to be informed by systweak that I did not purchase the extended download option and would need to re-purchase the product. A couple months ago I purchased Lips for the my Xbox 360. If you don't know, Lips is a karaoke game in which you and your friends sing along to lyrics on the screen. The box and advertisements for the game state 1-6 players can play the game at a time. As a singing game, I was led to believe that meant 6 could sing. You can even purchase additional microphones. My husband gave a payment of $131.25 on June 17, 2010 over the phone. This payment has not been posted as of today August 9, 2010. We have talked to numerous incompetent people that keep telling us the same story over and over again to fax over proof that we paid the bill. Warning to all when planning to dine at the Harrahs Flavor Buffet in Las Vegas. After waiting in line for 1 hour we arrived a few minutes before 3:00 pm at the cashers counter expecting to pay lunch prices for the Flavor buffet (lunch prices end at 3:00 according to their sign). I've been charged for three porno movies which was not requested by me. I called customer service and requested they be removed from my account. I was first told they were authorized to credit one of them but I demanded all three and was switched to a supervisor. He also told me he was only authorized to credit one. My 42" Polaroid tv was bought in 11/2007. A couple months ago, the tv would be running and all of a sudden, I would loose the picture. The first call to Polaroid determined the problem to be the control box. The cost to have a tech come out & install it would be $250. I signed up for a membership at Brazzers.com. The charge was supposed to be 17.95/month. While I was filling out the credit card information, I noticed a small box with a check mark in it.
